air con is difficult to adjust. Bed is very firm but I slept well enough.

For a four star hotel, the room furniture is very dated and as is curtains and bedding. It was the most expensive hotel in our two week Italian driving trip and was not worth it. The bed was comfortable but not the pillows. The parking is not convenient as you have to pay with coins to the amount of 8 euros a day. It was not a terrible stay but also not what I had hoped for with price and rating for this area.

The reception staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast staff took a while to warm up. The location is good for some great restaurants and the center of town. The rooms and public areas were very clean . If you are interested in Facist architecture, then Latina is an excellent location to visit

Breakfast was not worth attending. Seemed to be same food daily. Wasn’t fresh daily. No hot food choices. The food was left overs from the days before not fresh.

The staff and room were very nice staff made us comfortable even though we knew limited Italian. Would recommend but beds were not very comfortable. Would be nice to have access to Netflix

I didn't like the sunday trading hours as we've suffered jetlag from a very lomg flight and needed the coffee shot earlier than 7.30. I found that there were probably too many sweets For my style of breakfast. I also wasn't happy that I wasn't able to use the terrace on the top floor!

Breakfast was excellent with wide choices of cereals fruits, breads meats sweets etc Might need a little improvement on the coffee machine. The service and the staff were absolutely delightful, my compliments to them.

Location of hotel was fine but the city was not a tourist destination at all, and staff weren’t very helpful on providing sufficient information to make our stay worthwhile in terms of things to do and especially how to get around/ organising options for transport when taxis aren’t operating (where options were already extremely limited). Air conditioning can’t be turned off and despite turning up the temperature a bit, it’s still freezing at night, even during summer. Breakfast was ok but not what is typically expected of a four-star hotel.

for future guests: the hotel does not have a parking lot. you have to leave the car "on the street". it is not a problem to find parking - i am just mentioning this, so it does not come as a surprise.

very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. we also had dinner at the hotel - also outstanding and at a fair price. i rarely give a "10". this means this hotel, as i see it, is exceptional when comparing cost and what you get. i recommend considering having dinner at the hotel. nice top-roof place and, at least when we were there, delicious dishes.

Room was too cold always although outside was warm, there was no coffee possibility, neither a water boiler. There was no beer opener even and I had to go the reception to open it. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen too uncomfortable and leaking from the top although room was pretty big. The coffee at breakfast was bad so I was going out to get one and overall it is surprising that this is a 4 star hotel. I had to stay a lot of days for work but there is nothing to do in the room and neither Netflix possibility. Finally I expected a decent gym but there was no bench no weights and no mat so the gym was useless too. It was disappointing and price was high as there is nothing besides an uncomfortable bed. Even dinner was expensive, I paid 42 euros for pasta and a salad which is normally 1/3 of this price outside.
