Great location, lovely breakfast, amazing views from the hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The pool area is set in a beautiful garden just a short walk from the hotel. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfy.

Nothing not to like.

Property is in immaculate condition. Beautifully clean and every detail considered. Charming breakfast terrace and stunning views overlooking the lake. Exceptional breakfast and very well looked after by hotel staff. Outstanding pool area in lush green gardens. Perfect poolside holiday location. We will be back! :)

The pool is disconnected from the hotel and you need to walk on the street to get there, it is a bit unfortunate but in no way a deal breaker

There was an excellent breakfast, which we ate each day on a terrace overlooking the lake. Great cappuccino. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lots of space in the hotel, and very close to the centre of the village

We were not prepared that the pool was not at the hotel but a small walk away.

I wish other guests would respect the quiet time/“siesta” when spending time by the pool, but that’s not a fault of the staff or hotel.

The staff is the nicest group of people I have ever met. We could eat the amazing breakfast they provided on the terrace where the view of the lake was 10/10. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. The pool is close by and very idyllic in the citrus garden surrounded by lots of beautiful flowers, plants, trees, etc.

Only slight minor comment you had to go down the road a little cross the road for pool. However pool sits in the most amazing old walled garden with lemon trees so worth it

My sister and I arrived by bus, and we got picked up at the bus stop. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We had a lovely welcome drink and some food before we checked into our room. We booked the suite and it was perfect. The room was clean, spacious, and with incredible views. It's worth every penny. The location was fantastic to and only a short walk to the beach and town. Breakfast was just amazing with a huge section of food and drinks. We had a massage to which the hotel organised and again was excellent. We used the pool once, which was gorgeous and a short walk down the road, but we preferred the lake. We would definitely visit again and I would recommend it to everyone. The day we left, we asked for a lift to the ferry so we didn't have to walk with our cases. No problem at all. Very accommodating. Thank you.

The hotel is quaint and lovely - done beautifully and clean. The rooms were basic and we needed nothing more - really perfect. Walking distance from the town centre and the beach - so super central. Breakfast was also delicious. Really would recommend.

If I was being ultra fussy, I would have loved a balcony, so we could dry our towels from the pool. But everything else was so good, it wasn’t really a problem.

Such a great location, all the staff were so friendly, the breakfast was great and the view from the terrace was wonderful. We were really made to feel at home. The pool is in beautiful grounds with an amazing view. The whole stay was so relaxing!

Overall excellent. Since over last few weeks we have stayed at multiple hotels so comparison was easy and obvious. We were provided complimentary pick and drop facility from bus stop 750 meters away. Room provided was as described in pictures and had lake view. Breakfast was very diverse and nutritious. Team of family handling all the aspects was very friendly and welcoming. Every day we were given advice on excursions and each time it exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness and location is another feather in their cap.

Our room was not in the main building but in the attached one. It was clean and comfortable but looking outdated if compared to the main hotel building and its rooms.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few mins walk from the center of town, very stylish and clean with amazing views from the terrace. Breakfast was amazing! All the staff were lovely and went out of their way to help us when we were trying to figure out bus times to get to Limone.
