The air conditioning in our room wouldn't turn on, conversely, the air conditioning in my friends room wouldn't turn off. I was boiling hot, and they were freezing cold :)

It's an option for those arriving very late, or leaving very early from Naples Airport. It's still 10-12 mins away in a taxi though. The communication from the hotel was particularly good, using WhatsApp. The hotel also put us in touch with Antonio the taxi driver which helped us a lot. In hindsight, I was left wondering what other hotels might have been available 10 mins drive from the airport towards central Naples, rather than away from Naples.

The location is very bad, Google Maps are not accurate you should be taking bus or public transportation. There is very little to see or do within the area so as a tourist, avoid it. This is an industrial area. Staff were fantastic though and were very helpful with local advice etc

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice modern renovated room . The staff are very nice especially Patrizia , she is one of the nicest , friendliest and funniest people we met. The area is not very attractive.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main street, offering easy access to local attractions. There’s a spacious, free parking area available, which is a huge plus. The staff were polite and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We had to leave too early for breakfast. The room was very clean and recently updated. We were concerned about noise, but heard nothing! The staff arranged for an early (6:00 am) taxi to the airport.

Our room was comfortable but looking a bit tired. We were informed that the hotel was under renovations and the rooms were in progress of being updated. The location was not desirable but the hotel itself felt safe and was clean.

Clean and quiet room. The hotel staff ware very friendly and made our stay very comfortable. The front desk was very helpful in arranging a taxi for very early in the morning. We were pleasantly surprised that barista style coffee was offered and served to us in the lobby while waiting for the taxi.

No evening meal at this hotel. Immediate surroundings to the rear of the hotel for access to amenities was scruffy. That said, the local restaurant (Frijenno Magnanno, 6 minute walk) was worth it.

Comfortable refurbished and spacious rooms. Very pleasant greeting and assistance from the staff at the front desk. Large car park. Very good value.
