Great location, just 4 blocks from the metro and a 12-minute walk to the Vatican Museum. There are also many different bus stations nearby. The breakfast is convenient as it's served on a tray outside your door, with a sandwich, croissants, fruits, coffee, and juice. However, I really missed having a protein option like eggs or bacon.

Wow this was a really nice place. It was only available one day, I wanted to book it longer. Beautiful room. Breakfast was very nicely done on a cart waiting outside my door. Everything so thoughtful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect – close to all the main attractions of Rome, yet in a quiet area where you can truly relax after a day of sightseeing. A special thanks to the owner, who was incredibly helpful and friendly – always ready with great tips on what to see, where to eat, and how to get around. The breakfasts were also lovely – simple but fresh and a great start to the day. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome!

I felt like the choices for breakfast were so plentiful that I felt guilty for wasting the food. The room included a balcony, but it was so hot when we stayed we couldn't use it. It was a little difficult to find.

The breakfast had lots of choices. The shower was delightful. The refrigerator was stocked with drinks.

The accommodation was wonderful, we had everything we needed. The bed was large and very comfortable, the shower was spacious and there was always good water pressure. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail, even slippers and a mini-fridge filled with various drinks and yogurts for free. The breakfasts allowed us not to worry about what to eat in the morning. The location is also great, we were within walking distance of almost all the main cultural monuments, there were many cafes and shops around, and returning late in the evening we felt safe. But the most important thing is the very nice attitude of the manager. Margherita was always in touch with us and responded to all messages immediately. On the day of arrival, our plane was delayed, and we had to check-in in the middle of the night, but they were in touch with us all the time, supported us and during check-in we were personally met by Francesco, who was very kind and polite, we are very grateful for that. Everything was great, thank you.

Bathroom sounds every time you flush. Would prefer a lighter ceiling and curtains were a bit hard to open. All this is constructive criticism.

Hospitality goes beyond a clean room or fresh bath towels as it means taking care.. The staff definitely took care of us when we were there. Excellent check-in, lovely breakfast and a strategic position in the city center

The only thing not perfect was the lack of privacy in the rooms. The apartments are located really close to each other and walls are pretty thin, so you can here every sound and the noise when people are getting to their rooms. But for us it wasn’t a big deal - I guess it could be a bigger issue for light sleepers.

We had a nice stay in Erreggi Luxury Rooms. The host was super welcoming - she communicated with us before and during our stay, asking if everything was good and if we needed anything. She made sure we had a smooth check-in and she let us leave our luggage for the whole day after the check out, which was super helpful. The place itself was clean, in good location - next to many good restaurants and shops. There was drinking water available for free plus coffeemaker, fridge and . The bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice and clean. The breakfast was ok (Italian style), and the host arranged vegetarian options for us on request, which was very nice.

The noisy bathroom water pump

The hotel is apparently an older apartment turned in to individual rooms. The bed was comfy. The bathroom had a water pump which was kind of noisy, but all in all everything was good. The Vatican is walking distance and everything is easy to get to from that location.

Walls were very thin, could hear everything going on in the hallway and EVERYTHING going on in the room adjacent to ours.

I had a very pleasant stay at this property in Rome. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a surprisingly large TV — something you rarely find in hotels these days. The minibar was a nice touch, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief during the hot summer days. The breakfast offered was a classic Italian-style selection, simple but satisfying. The location is also excellent — just a 7 to 9-minute walk from public transportation, making it very convenient to explore the city. One of the highlights was the great restaurant located right on the ground floor of the building. The neighborhood itself is quiet and safe, a perfect place to return to after a day in the busy city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a local Roman atmosphere Better than a 4 star hotel!
