Nightlife on the street is loud, if you open windows, it is very difficult to sleep. Then the garbage truck wakes you up at 5.30am. Central airconditioning is almost useless, room temperatures went over 29degree. Kitchen is equipped unfortunately some tiny details are missing, such as ladle, scraper, but az if you don't want to cook it is completely ok.

Good location for a visit to the historical centre of Padova. We found free Parking spots in a few minutes of walk. Design/furniture is nice and modern, keyless entry with codes worked really well. There is enough space in the flat for a family with 3 kids. Nespresso is great! Grocery and gelateria also nearby.

Ee had to pay 30 eur for the late check in, which i found inconvenient, so we had to carry our bags for a while in town.

The plates and the cutlery was dirty, there weren’t napkins or enough paper towels for five people. The sofa bed was squeaky and made it impossible to sleep.

The property had a technical problem so the staff was very kind and relocated us in a better apartment, with a more central location. The bathroom and room were clean.

It was impossible to make contact with the owners the phone number provided was never answered. We booked an extra day privately and they changed the key code without warning. Luckily we had got a private number from the cleaner otherwise we would have locked out. This is a serious issue they should give a number that is answered instead of an all operators are busy.

I didn't meet the hosts at all. All contact was by email. On my first night I was cold - the only bedding I could find in the apartment was a sheet and thin blanket. The next day I emailed the hosts and they immediately brought in ample supplies of warmer bedding (duvet and thicker blankets). The kitchen is generally well equipped except that I couldn't find any saucepans, even though there is a hob. If I had badly needed saucepans I would have tried requesting them, but instead I chose to manage without.

The apartment is nicely laid out, generally well equipped and in a good location. The hosts responded quickly and positively to a couple of email requests I had.

The owner is ranting out 2 apartments but they are not on the same adress, even if there is only 1 adress written on booking which made the check in quite uncomfortable, and the owner was not polite when contacted. He was trying just to prove that he is right even if the picture that he sent from booking was not showing a adress and the adress on our booking page was the wrong one. Recommend to get in touch beforehand whit the owner.

Hot water in shower lasts for 30 seconds max then it gradually becomes colder and colder as you go. If you are looking for a nice hot shower after a long day of exploring the city - this is NOT the place for you. Kitchen is missing basics like solt, pepper and oil - those are usually provided in similar rentals. Wifi and luggage storage instructions provided in the email instruction were wrong. Wifi issue was solved fast via Booking messaging. Getting the entrance code for luggage storage took a while though. We paid 350€ per night, it certainly felt like a rip off.

The flat is your avarage airbnb, around 20 min walking from the main train station. A couple of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Walking distance from the main attaractions.

The hosts don't greet you or anything but provide a door code. The problem is, they refuse to give you a door code until you have paid the tourist tax and complete check in. But when their own process doesn't work (broken links, wrong number of people on the tourist tax), they don't respond, leaving you hanging out in the city desperately trying to get through to them. No response. We contacted them 3 entire days ahead of arriving, asking them to resolve their broken check in process. On the day of arrival we called in the morning (no humans, just a tedious decision tree ending in a voice mail) tried using their help pages online (again no humans, just a chat bot that promises its a human). We even went through booking.com to try and resolve, but they also could not get through to a human. Eventually, after the check in time, they responded on WhatsApp (very random, as we had not contacted them there before) giving us new links. This was all over 8 euros of tourist tax by the way, something other hosts are perfectly happy for us to leave behind or hand over in person. No apologies either. This whole process was incredibly frustrating. It seems they rely far too much on robots and not humans to run their business ... unless of course it involves responding to negative reviews. It's a huge shame because the property itself was quite nice, if a bit small for the price.
