The only downside we found with this property is that it's a bit expensive. The breakfast consisted of coffee with a croissant of our choice. There wasn't much variety, but the croissants were delicious. However, for those who don't eat this type of food, they may not be satisfied.

The room was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The way they welcomed us was exceptional. Even though we didn’t request room cleaning or towel changes, everything was spotless each day when we returned, with fresh towels available. When we asked for a taxi to the airport, Katia Silva efficiently arranged it for us and left a message with all the details. We highly recommend this guest house.

It’s close to train tracks so it was pretty noisy

The location is great and we were lucky to get a room with an exit to a terrace. The staff also let us leave our bags after the check-out which was very helpful!

You could hear the trains a little but not too bothering.

Clean and well equipped. You can easily reach the apartment by train from the Fiumicino airport. The metro station is around 7-8 mins walk from where the downtown is just 2 stops. Supermarket is just in front. We could leave the luggage at the reception when checking out. Everybody at the reception was very friendly.

Very well located next to public transportation and in an area rich of bars and restaurants. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The room has everything you need for a short stay, and also has access to a fully equipped kitchen. The place is also very quiet since it is accessed from a private courtyard

The terrace and windows are close to the rails, so they can be a nuisance for people who wake up easily.

The door was a sliding door and it was sometimes difficult to open

The location was perfect,train,busses,metro in close walking distances.dont expect a hilton but it was clean and the stuff was helpful and kind,we just communicated well in english.For the breakfast u have to go over the street where we haf a delicious coffee and croissant (sunday we had another location for the breakfast but that wasnt more then 3 min walk).Bed was comfortable and we didnt hear the street noise neither.i beleive it was a great accommodation for our budget price.

Emergengy exit was closed from inside, it was neccesary to use a key to Open several doors to get out. We had keys, but if it was an emergengy we felt it was unsafe.

I booked a room for 3 people (1 adult and two children) for two nights. Initially I found room and bathroom a little bit dirty. But, unfortunately, I had to catch a toy of my son under the double bed. I pulled out my arm completely full of dust, hair and whatnot. Also, even worse, I could not shower my children because the hot water went on and off. Absolutely inconceivable!!!

They charged me 20euros cash for every hour after the check in designated time, I was arriving on a late flight that was also delayed, they stated that I have to pay in cash to the person in the counter and this information was not mentioned in their profile

It is overpriced for the money! In the bathroom there were insects… the bed was so strong and uncomfortable…. In the morning all over the hallway it smelled drugs cannabis. The location was hard to find for us and when we calld the number here on booking for help he said to us “Or you speak italian or I dont help you” like wtf

So this is an appartement that was separated into 4 rooms, a hall and a shared kitchen. Be prepared, the walls are paper thin. Unfortunately we had very noisy neighbours who arrived and showered after midnight and were up talking loudly before 7am. Also the building is behind the train station and the windows are not very well insulated. Definitely bring earplugs.

The location is great, making your way to the city center is super easy. The breakfast is typical roman breakfast at the café on the street opposite to the building. A caffé and a cornetto. The room was clean & tidy, staff came every day to make the room.

It's more a shared apartment. The room smelled after smoke. The bathroom is very little and a bit mildewed. So as I said, for one night you can deal with that, but not if you want to stay longer.

The staff and the reception was friendly. For one night it's a cheap overnight stay and it's close to the Train Station Roma Ostiense.

Dirty room, hair coming out of the jacuzzi filter, damp smell, unhelpful staff, no breakfast included (the number provided does not connect). Very seedy place, the local residents started screaming at me when I went to stand outside the hotel to make a phone call & the rude staff said I wasn’t permitted to stand outside - I was only ‘allowed’ to be in my room & not outside the hotel as the local people don’t like it. Presumably because they have had problems with the guests in the past. We thought the room looked quite fun but actually it was really disgusting, windows blacked out, right next to reception desk so you hear everything & just generally foul. It’s also not really a hotel but a couple of rooms within an apartment block & was hard for the taxi to find. Very strange & unpleasant.
