Sadly, the room had no safe to store our valuables and a blotchy wifi connection, as it was located a bit too far from the wifi router.

The apartment is located perfectly in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of the train station. The rooms are lovely with pretty decorations and equipped with air conditioning. Any questions during check-in and our stay were kindly answered immediately.

The double bed being made by 2 singe beds needs a special mechanism to keep mattresses and beds together. Each single mattress is curved at the edges so get a flat one perhaps and use special joints to keep them together. The oatresses will collide seemlesly that way with flat mattresses. The elevetor was inevitably small but looks like an achievement in a historical building. Old buildings do not have provisions for elevator and still they made one.

I was in July, and it’s was tooo hot in building, so it’s a problem all of historical building. And price can be a little bit down.

Due to the age of the building, you were unable to put paper in the toilet system but a bin was provided.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic being close to everything within walking distance. The information pack and interaction with the owner was great and really helpful. The extra access to a man onsite kitchen and seating area was great and useful.

Can be misleading. The pictures present a full house. You only have 1 room. The other parts of house are shared. We talked with other ppl that booked at same time they all seemed to have the same perception as us. You have a common room to be shared with others. There are plenty of rooms in house and hot water is centralized not independend so you have to compete for hot water and water pressure when having a shower. Also for that price they should include one time use slippers. We took the room with the street view. And the window grills looked like they would fall down on street. As a couple we paid nearly 600 euros for a single room for 3 nights our friends were 7 people and paid 1100 euros in total for a full house at same area. That was way better in every aspect and ultimately cheaper when you split the bill.

Its close to everything that you want to visit in firenze. It's well maintained. The manager responds fast and its very polite. Despite some letdowns we enjoyed it alot. Breakfast at common room is nice you have a nice view from the window while prepping and eating. At a small but well build island. Sun comes in its delightful just stay away from the couch cos its dirty.

Their plumbing is insufficient for the amount of showers they have in the unit. Water pressure and hot water are unreliable. Basically, if someone else in the property is using water, you can’t shower

It was close to the train station and a very easy walk to the downtown. There was a shared kitchen, but no one really utilized the fridge or cooking facilities.

Location, staff, everything one could think of was there. Very central and convenient. Right near Duomo .. options to eat, shop, travel. Staff too were very helpful and courteous.

The advert states "with LIFT". Whilst this is technically correct, there are 5 stairs leading up to that lift so if you are mobility impaired you may have a problem. If you're in a wheelchair, forget it. The stairs and the small lift will be near impossible to negotiate.

The check-in process was easy and Enzo, the manager was a pleasure to work with. Location was ideal. Close to the main train station and all the historical sites. The facilities were good however there were only 2 coffee mugs for 6 apartments. On the whole, it was a pleasant stay.

The common area, although featuring a large and well-equipped kitchen, is pervaded by a constant unpleasant smell, which probably has to do with the drains. In the private bathroom, the sink drain was clogged.

The location is very central, close to the station, the cathedral and the covered market. The room (we stayed in room 4) is cosy, with a window overlooking a small, quiet inner courtyard and equipoed with an en suite bathroom. The bed is comfortable and the space is clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

It depends on what you are after. If you are willing to pay that much for a room in a good location, it's fine. The bed was OK but squeaky. The shower is spacious but you can't move the shower head so didn't provide much benefit.

The room was spacious and had a private bathroom. Once you were in your room it didn't feel like a hostel situation. Conversing with the owner on Whatsapp and through booking.com was great but she did forget to send us the check in details on the day but we only waited 30mins for that to be rectified so was no drama.

The stay was great. Small additions like providing a key for the safe, coffee pods for the coffee machine or products for the bathroom, would have made it perfect though. Also the closet door was broken/stuck. The hosts were willing to come repair but our stay was short enough that we weren’t too fussed about it
