Location, location, location. Was looking for something near the Duomo so I could see as much as possible in my 1 night in Milan. Decent breakfast. Great value for money.

Slightly confusing to find your way from the entrance.

The entrance - the decor wasn’t welcoming and we wondered what we were going to find after the trip in the lift Our mistake really but we thought it was a hotel so expected that rather than just rooms off a corridor. There was a strong washing powder/ fabric softener smell as the laundry room was also off the corridor.

The location is perfect. We have a view of the Milan Cathedral. Many of Milan's great landmarks are a walking distance from this property. The room was adequately sized and clean.

Breakfast was limited, But there was no complementary tea or coffee bags. All had to be paid for.

Perfect location in Milan - close to everything, especially the Duomo

Lovely helpful staff, 7th floor, quiet modern room tastefully decorated, nice little balcony with plants, good bathroom with large, effective shower. Pleasant breakfast room with plenty of choice of cold dishes from meat, ham, cheese, egg to cereal, yoghurt, cakes and pastries etc. Great coffee too. The location was great, a few minutes to the Duomo and shops, restaurants etc also the metro. I think it is fantastic value. Obviously if you want room service etc this is not the place for you.

Actually getting into the building was challenging. As instructed we rang the bell but couldn't hear the speaker giving instructions due to the high volume of noisy traffic in the road. Once you were given the key it was fine but we noticed many people had the same problem. Unnerving standing in the street with luggage and no way to get in!

Rooms are small and basic but have everything you need if you just need a bed, bathroom and no frills. Clean and good A/C. Location is central.

Room was much better than the pictures, bed was so comfortable
