How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Slightly confusing to find your way from the entrance.
Location, location, location. Was looking for something near the Duomo so I could see as much as possible in my 1 night in Milan. Decent breakfast. Great value for money.

Breakfast was limited, But there was no complementary tea or coffee bags. All had to be paid for.
The location is perfect. We have a view of the Milan Cathedral. Many of Milan's great landmarks are a walking distance from this property. The room was adequately sized and clean.

Actually getting into the building was challenging. As instructed we rang the bell but couldn't hear the speaker giving instructions due to the high volume of noisy traffic in the road. Once you were given the key it was fine but we noticed many people had the same problem. Unnerving standing in the street with luggage and no way to get in!
Lovely helpful staff, 7th floor, quiet modern room tastefully decorated, nice little balcony with plants, good bathroom with large, effective shower. Pleasant breakfast room with plenty of choice of cold dishes from meat, ham, cheese, egg to cereal, yoghurt, cakes and pastries etc. Great coffee too. The location was great, a few minutes to the Duomo and shops, restaurants etc also the metro. I think it is fantastic value. Obviously if you want room service etc this is not the place for you.

Breakfast was quite basic. It would be helpful to get some clear instructions for entry - scrolling through to Enjoy Gardens not particularly obvious.
In the city centre so close to facilities but relatively quiet location. A good sized balcony. Staff very friendly. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast choice is limited, but for Italy that's common. Entrance is somewhat hard to find.
Great location: just around the corner from the Duomo and metro station. Beautiful view!

The idiosyncratic key system was challenging to use. Also it is difficult finding the hotel from street level. (It is located on level 6).
The location was handy to most of the key sites in Milan the continental breakfast was excellent with fresh pastries, cold meats, tea and coffees as well as yoghurt and cereals. It had a comfortable bed and a decent modern bathroom.

In the morning was noisy as all the rooms are nearby as well with the room that is for the breakfast so if someone wants to sleep more that 7:30 am it's a bit difficult. The breakfast is poor so I wouldn't recommend as nearby are areas that you can have breakfast.
The location is excellent just 3-5 min away from duomo. Was very clean with friendly staff. The room was big enough the wardrobe very big with a lot of hangers for the clothes.

A bit more fruit options would be good for the breakfast - otherwise very good and comfortable stay.
Great location - super easy access to Duomo and other tourist areas ... great food options right down the street. The room is spacious enough and great to have louvers to keep out the light, breakfast was quite generous with freshly made croissants a nice treat ...

Given I booked last minute during Design Week I wasn't too sure what to expect - and was very pleasantly surprised. Centrally located, clean and quiet, staff very friendly and a great breakfast to start the day. View from my room attached. Congrats

Location was ok. Lift was confusing to first timers. Glad to be able to drop off luggage as we were too early for check in. Breakfast was a nice touch. Bed was tad too soft. Balcony could do abit more touching up. Had mosquitos coming in as there was stagnant water in the flower pot at the balcony.

Directions on how to find the property could be better in the information. It is on the sixth floor of an apartment building and difficult to find from the street. The hot water wasn’t great.
The location is excellent a few minutes walk from the Duomo. The rooms are modern and beds comfortable.
