Italianflat Stayed here for 3 nights as a couple, the location is quite lovely, close to many public transportation stations (busses & metro close by) at the same time quite from the rush & noise of the city which is great to come back to after roaming around the busy city of rome. The room was clean and the ac was very good with the heat of the outside. They had a reception area to chill and relax. Its a good option to choose when visiting rome!

Slight smell coming from drain in shower but I lived with it. Sometimes the black gate was locked when it should have been opened meaning it was difficult to access the property, however I found out the vehicle gate behind the property was always unlocked.

We could hear the neighbors very well so the soundproofing of the property was not the best. It didn’t bother us too much but it was something we noticed. The room was mostly clean but the floors were a little dirty and that was noticeable when we came from the shower and our feet got dirty.

The location was perfect. The property was safe and we enjoyed our stay there. The staff were very helpful even when the shower drain stopped working. They made our stay as easy and comfortable as possible even in the hard situation.

Bed and pillows were a little hard. Downstairs a little damp and oppressive, but fine provided you don’t plan to eat in. Two small things: there was only a tiny bin in the bathroom, would be helpful to have one upstairs and one in the kitchen area. Also would be helpful to have cabinet by sink to put cosmetics/hairdryer etc on.

Location was superb, short walking distance to the arena. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stylishly converted apartment, with lovely shower.

the wifi cut out on our second day and would not reset so we struggled a little, there was also an intense heatwave and the air conditioning in the bedroom wouldnt go below 28 degrees, the lower room was cool though but it meant we couldnt use / sleep in the master bedroom because the heat was too much.

The rooms were spacious and we had access to everything we needed for our stay, staff were also helpful and a message away when we needed them

We thought the styling was cleverly done to make the most of the space. Close to main attractions and with an Aldi only steps away we were able to make use of the kitchen facilities. Easy check in and great communication with the owner. We would definitely stay there again.

Communication and traveler's assistance are basically non-existent. With this company, you are basically on your own. There are decades since I travel and this was the worst customer service I have ever got. Sorry about that, but it is true. The address is confusing. It îs not clearly specified which is the headquarter's address and which is the apartment address. Self check-in is confusing, as it does not actually mean self-access. This is Something that could be easily fixed. There is no info in the apartament, like: Wifi network, Wifi password, switch for windows remite control or how to get OUT of the courtyard. II had no idea I needed to plug in the electricity card, to turn everything on and it was really dark when I arrived. It is so simple to post all the info on the walls, that is If you really care about the customer. I had the feeling that nobody really cared, as I could type a novel about all my misshaps. My experience with this company was really frustrating.

There was no functioning air conditioning as advertised in the room. They came to "fix it" but no obvious change following their visit. The room is small and lacks any privacy from your travel buddy. In the summer months this made the stay, at times, quite unpleasant.

The staff were responsive to our complaints on WhatsApp and the location could not be any better. The check in process was swift and slick and we had access to the room very early.
