The view from our unite could’ve been better but the apartment and location were so good we didn’t really care.

Right in the heart of the city walking distance to everything. Very nice place, the receptionist was very accommodating and gave us a guide and let us know we can do bag drop offs.

Only improvement could be a 'smarter' TV so I could have connected to it to watch my Apps.

It would be disingenuous of me to find faults in a property that exceeded my expectations.

The property is so centrally located that if it takes you more than 10 mins to reach the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo or the Medici Palace you’re likely walking too slowly. It’s clean, secure and the views from Room 3 facing Piazza Della Repubblica are unmatched. I couldn’t have asked for a better room with exactly what I needed for my stay - a large bed, en suite, mini bar and safe. Throw in daily room service and it will always be a winner.

Access to upper floor without lift. it was a bit of nightmare to step up & down with luggage, though our host helped.

Francesco, our host accepted our request to shift to a front side room and it was excellent with window opening in the square. He was helpful in all respects including local tour guidance.

If you are into boutique / B&B hotels, there is nothing not to like.

Great location, it’s located 2-3 blocks each way from most sites! Piazza de la Republic is definitely the most centric point of Firenze ( 4 mins to Ponte Vecchio, 4 mins to Duomo, 4 mins to Palazzo di Vecchio and 4 mins to every single high end designer store and boutique. Rooms are nicely decorated in total about 6-8 good size rooms!!

All the windows in our room faced into an alley which was incredibly noisy. (All B&B rooms did not face this way). People would wander through or sit in the alley until late and talk loudly or sing. The noise from construction, the garbage truck, clearing bottles, all bouncing around the stone buildings in the alley, it woke us early in the morning, it kept us awake at night and sometimes woke us in the night. This B&B is in a great location but bring earplugs.

The location in the Piazza de la Republica could not be better. Central to everything in historic Florence

Unfortunately due to its location on the Piazza the loud music from the restaurant/bar across the square could still be heard at midnight and the noise of early deliveries to the restaurants below our room started at about 5.30/6am in the morning. Not suited to anyone that is a light sleeper. The walls are also quite thin as we could hear every conversation from the guests in the room next door :(

Excellent location on Piazza Repubblica surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Clear and detailed directions and instructions on how to get to the property were provided via whats app in advance. We were then met on arrival by a member of staff for check in and given all the information we needed for our stay. There is a coffee machine in the shared common area. The room decor is very tasteful and the bathroom is modern with great water pressure in the shower.

Check out is at 10 am which is very early.

The location is great! It’s right in the Piazza Della Republica which is near the cathedral. It’s within walking distance to all the other tourist sites. The staff was very responsive via WhatsApp.
