The lunch and dinner options at the resturant were not great. Luckily there are some nice cafes and resturants nearby.

The pools and the area around the pools was so relaxing. It was nice and quiet and the pools had many different jacuzzi and massage features. The AC in the room was very efficient and keep the room nice and cool. The room supply a lovely bag, towel and robe for use at the pool.

I booked with hopes of a number of treatments at the wellness centre. Unfortunately, my first experience there - a 25 minute massage left me very disinclined to return. There very well may be cultural elements to this - I don't speak Italian and haven't been to any other wellness facilities in Italy, so perhaps my expectations are just different but from the moment the first wellness team member greeted me to the massage itself, it just didn't feel relaxing, welcoming, soothing. The massage itself - meh. It wasn't terrible but I'm glad I didn't pay for the full hour. While a number of the spaces have had a lovely face-lift, the accommodation (particularly the bathrooms) are quite dated and the bathroom is small. I would have some concerns about someone with poor mobility managing in that bathroom.

The outdoor pool area is vast and beautifully maintained. Meals included in the half board were excellent, the aircon was great and, once you figure out the unusual layout, it's a lovely place to spend a few days. Appreciated that while the vast,vast majority of their clientele are Italian, they had translated many of the materials into English and German. Staff were pleasant and keen to help where possible.

I loved the thermal pools and the availability of spa treatments. My two massages were just what I needed after days of travelling. The ambience of the hotel is very relaxed, there was no need to leave it although I went for little walks.

We booked a standard room and although very clean and the beds were comfortable it was very dated and quite shabby. Although we had a terrace it overlooked all the pipes for the pool and the terrace was very dirty so that spoiled it a bit.!

The staff were so lovely, helpful and polite. The food was very good. We booked in for breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a little rushed but still enjoyable. Gorgeous pools.

Of the minuses, despite the fact that the spa complex looks the most modern and elegant, it is not the most convenient and functional. Also, its cleanliness and compliance with sanitary standards are questionable. (At the time of opening (8:00), the pool area was not cleaned).

In general, the hotel more than corresponds to its 3*. The rooms are quite comfortable, the mattresses and pillows are new orthopedic, the spa area is designer and the most modern. From the outdoor pool and restaurants there is a picturesque view of the park and Duomo dei Santi Pietro ed Eliseo

Even water is extra paid for lunch and dinner. Surprisingly old and ugly corridors while rooms and pool area is descent. Regular keys for the rooms (not cards). Small elevator. Uneven floor in rooms ;-) Minimal gym. As most of the guest are in their late 60ties or 70ties not much entertainment (however that might be a good thing at the same time). Small pool outside, not designed for swimming. Although we did successfully swam in it. Only people that speak any English are at the reception. It didn't seem to be a problem though. Everybody is very nice and willing to help.

Lunch and dinner were amazing. Antipasti alone would suffice for a descent meal. Great salad bar. Different menu every day. Sunbeds are always available at the pool area. You are given a handy bag to take your stuff to the pool. Parking included. Overall a good stay. We left happy.

The air-conditioning in my room didn't work. The hotel supplied me with a fan, but it didn't cook the room. It was extremely hot and I couldn't sleep.

The hotel did not allow for late check out. No food variety served in and around the facility. No shuttle service to and from the train station or airport

The rooms are private. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. Check in into the facility was pre-arranged and smooth.

In the pool area, many button switches don"t work. Some maintenance is needed. I didn't like the lock of the balcony door, that lockes by itself. As a foreigner, I was not familiar with such lock and had a scary moment because of that. :D Many thanks to the nicest lady from 1st floor, who helped me!!! Next time I will be more cautious ;)

Very comfortable, good service, delicious and abundant food. Would definitely suggest going for the half board to enjoy the dinner service as well! It was great to have the thermal pools also in a very beautiful location just a quick walk from the train station.

This was my second stay in Eliseo Terme. I had to come back because I needed to relax and feel pampered for a change :) Eliseo offers everything I am looking for. Friendly and hospitable staff, good food, swimming and relaxing in thermal water, cleanliness. This time I learned that Montegrotto is perfect for hiking as well. So much to see in the area! I will be back soon. Grazie to all the wonderful team!

The rooms are a bit old in style, with simple doors which make noise when locked. Despite this, everything was amazing.

I like breakfast a lot, it is a continental breakfast with a wide range of fresh food, salt and sweet. I also liked the pool service, it was really clean and the personnel was professional. excellent h24 service.
