No1 was the breakfast. Access to the rooms was easy and the location was also perfect for a tourist as its about 2 min walk from the metro and also the streets were lively enough in the evening so it did not feel sketchy in anyway.

The host was very helpful and kind, he gave us a lot of information on what to do in Rome and how to travel around the city. The parking out the front was easy.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about

There is easy self check in , with no key (you have to call for the door to open - we had no problems with it, you enter the room by code) , excellent! The owner answers quickly and offers you the details you need. The location is very close to the metro and bus station, there are shops and restaurants near the apartment. The Colosseum and the other attractions are 20-30 minutes away The room is very clean and, despite the fact that we stayed only 2 nights, someone cleaned up our room. and changed our towels. The bed and the pillows were very, very comfortable. And the breakfast… delicious!

The elevator is very small that leads to the second floor. It can barely fit two people with luggage. You have to manually open and close the elevator doors. It would be nice if some basic cutlery and dishes are provided in the common area.

The overall experience was an absolute 10 :) Very friendly, attentive and helpful host, the comfiest bed, amazing location - everything was perfect. Absolutely faultless. We were very impressed with the speed of the responses we got from our contact and the ease of paying our city tax. Spotlessly clean, with the most comfortable bed and quality bedlinen and towels. I especially liked the follow-up message to check that we were happy with everything. That was a special touch. Excellent location close to the metro with numerous eateries and bars of exceptional quality within walking distance. We will definitely return.

I like the cleanliness of the property. The bedroom and toilet was just spotless clean. I like where the property is located. Definitely the one if you want to stay in less touristy area and want to feel a more authentic local neighbourhood. It’s walking distance from good cafes and restaurants which we loved as well. It’s also walking distance from the nearest metro and the vatican if you fancy a walk. The host was very accommodating and helpful, we wanted to check in early and they helped us promptly when we struggled to check in early. Lastly, the complimentary croissant and coffee at La Siciliana was amazing!

I see why they a have motion light in the entry to the bedroom however during the night if one has to go to the bathroom it's annoying and can wake up another person. I wish there was a way to defeat it.

No kettle in room.Cant drink hot water or coffee. Ac not working. Had dig6in sleeping as it was hot n sweating. Room walls are so thin could hear all notices from other room

This excellent property is located only 3 minutes away (by foot) from Cipro metro station. Everything about this accomodation was new and modern. I like the way I can open the front door only with a phone call. I don’t need to take care of any key. The matteress was very comfortable. The price per comfort was very well, especially because we had breakfast included from a nearby sicilian restaurant.

It was 2 klms from where the shuttle bus dropped us off🤣🤣🤣 They should have built it a bit nearer.

It was immaculate, everything was brand new and top quality. They even included an awesome Italian breakfast of coffee and a croissant. Great location, not far from the Vatican.
