Everything was fine. But I missed human contact. But everything works well and is well thought out. And contact is easily done through WhatsApp.

It’s in a quiet area, which I found a plus — though I imagine some travellers would like to be in the thick of things. Eleroom is slightly away from the centre — for example it’s about 15 mins to the Campo and the same to the Duomo. However, it’s a very pleasant walk. The air conditioning was a real plus on recent nights when the temperature was above 28C at 11:30 pm.

The view from the balcony is amazing! Great place and great location. I could go walking to the main attractions and there’s also a bus station close by.

Really lovely experience! Central location on a quieter street, meaning you don't get a lot of noise from outside but you're still really close to everything. Room and entrance hall were impeccably clean. Air conditioning was like paradise after long days in the heat. The common kitchen has a few essentials - a big water jug, some tea packets and a kettle, a vending machine, a fridge (and I believe an oven as well). Gabriele was very responsive and I also appreciated having a clear list of instructions for how to enter the building and room. The room also had the hosts' contact info displayed, along with emergency phone numbers and wifi info.

I could hear the people that lived on the floor above.

Cleanliness, comfort, modern, able to walk to many places, bus is steps away and there is an elevator. Also there is a common area to get snacks and coffee.

The air conditioning wasn't always working - had to ask for this to be fixed multiple times (I stayed for 3 nights). For 2/3 nights it turned off altogether but the host did try to do what he could to fix it.

In a great location out of the super touristy area but still in close proximity. Great neighborhood. The room was spacious and clean and provided everything needed. The staff was very welcoming and available for any questions. I had a great experience here and if I am ever fortunate enough to return to Siena I will stay here again.

My view was outstanding, the room had everything I needed and was very comfortable but the absolute highlight was the common space with cooking facilities a fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine (excellent coffee) and vending machine for anything else you may need. The location is also excellent 👍 The guy who runs it was incredibly helpful and he obviously cares about his guests. Highly recommend

I hated the pillows so didn't have a very comfortable sleep. They could do with being a bit more premium. The neighbours upstairs were AWFUL. There was a child running up and down constantly on the ceiling above me, and people shouting. That was at night time and early in the morning.

Prime location. Basically a stone's throw from the centre and 17-20 minute walk to the train station. Host was really helpful in letting me check in early and helpful with any questions I had. The view from the room was amazing! Have rated this room an 8 purely for location and view. Great room for convenience but I probably wouldn't stay longer than 1-2 nights.

Air-con was broken when I was there but being fixed so it should be good for you! Lighting in room was...quite a lot.

Great location between train station and central Siena, comfortable and clean room. Vending machines a boost. Fridge useful. Near lots of good restaurants and supermarkets. Train station walkable. Does the job at a good price.
