Air conditioning was not cool enough despite attempts at lowering temperatures. Not enough towels for bathrooms/guests. Difficulty at arrival contacting host for entry code. Booking confirmation stated someone would meet us upon arrival which was not the case. Building entrance and interior long stairway very dark and very difficult to find light switches especially in dark evening hours. Should be better lit for safety and convenience of everyone.

Breakfast not included. Location was ideal for our needs—close to everything including ferry. Elegant and spacious; a nice change from small hotel rooms in area…felt like our home away from home. Breathtaking views of Lake Como from balcony and main bedroom.

The location and suite is superb. I would recommend it for 4 adults and two children and no 6 adults. It is expensive but then again so is lake como and you save on taxi's as it is so so close to everything.

One of the bathrooms was pretty tight and one of the bedrooms was a bit small, but it wasn’t a big deal since we spent most of our time out exploring.

The place was super clean, in a PERFECT location, and had an amazing view of the lake—seriously couldn’t stop staring at it. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and it made a great home base for exploring Lake Como. Would 100% recommend!

Check in and communication with the host representative was really easy. He gave us a lot of recommendations. There is a washer but no dryer, which is typical of italy. He gave us directions to a laundromat a few mins walk if we wanted to use a dryer. The patio in the back was great for the kids and unexpected added private outdoor space for a property directly on the busiest street of Bellagio. Amazing.

The sofas in the lounge look great but are uncomfortable ...a matter of style over substance.

Excellent location, comfortable beds and the rear terrace is covered so we were able to sit outside even in the rain. Bellagio has a vast amount of restaurants to choose from so a great short break choice

Location is excellent. Spacious, bright and very comfortable apartment. The balcony out front you can take in the hustle and bustle/people watching of the ferry and downtown activity but then there is the back patio that is peaceful and relaxing. Bathrooms are good size. It was a great spot!

All around excellent! Beautiful renovated apartment with arches and vintage furniture around. They provided snacks and coffee and water. The TV came logged in to Netflix and amazon. It's the small touches that really make a place an amazing stay. Amazing back patio. Amazing front porch that faces the lake. Super central to Bellagio and the ferries. And pretty quiet street! Loved our location. Loved our stay :) the hosts were super friendly as well. The only con was not being able to stay longer!! It's a good value with a large group. We had 6 people in our group and all comfortably stayed. Two bathrooms was a life saver.

We had no hot water one day but I called and they sent someone out to get it going again. We felt the air conditioner was too low and was talked through how to change the temp.

The property was in great location with amazing views of the lake. The property is suited for a group traveling together. The property was furnished with most of the things we needed.

This was paradise. Really beautifully decorated. Big bedrooms. Beautiful garden and terrace. I had reservations about booking because there were no reviews. It so exceeded my expectations! Fab fab. The location is beside ferry. No walking up steps. Perfection location to stay. Spotlessly clean. Huge living room. Great WiFi and AC. Super clean. Host Barbara was lovely and asked many times if we needed anything. By far the best ever apartment I’ve stayed in.
