This property is in an amazing location! So close to the train station and also all the shops/restaurants! The room was gorgeous! So spacious and clean and the host was super helpful and recommended us a good few things to do while we there which we loved!

“Eva is a super host! Very attentive and proactive, she did her best to keep us informed about local tips. She cleaned the room every day and even replenished water and coffee. The apartment is well located, just a 7-minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended!

On our arrival the lift was not working, which was uncomfortable with the luggage we brought. However, the owner is very friendly and helped us with bringing the luggage up and helped at the checkout again though it was early.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The rooms were impeccably clean! Great attention to details. Fantastic layout and very functional. The bathrooms were spotless & beautiful. Great water pressure! The AC worked perfectly and quickly! Well stocked for coffee and a quick morning snack. The daily water bottles was very much appreciated. Eva was incredible, responsive, and went above and beyond! She should have properties worldwide! She made our trip to this region of Italy unforgettable!

We had an amazing stay in Elegant Rooms at La Spezia! It is very close to the train station and super convenient! For us it was great to just be able to hop on the train pretty fast every morning to visit the Cinque Terre. The room is great, lot of space for suitcases and everything is very clean! You get a few things for breakfast and coffee in the room, which is pretty nice if you want to have breakfast before you leave for the day. The AC was amazing, we were there during a heat wave and didn’t feel it at all in the room. The staff is very kind and helpful, and they sent us a lot of information about local things to do! Thanks a lot for everything!

First of all, the location of the house is close to the train station and the port, and it is furnished with beautiful, high-quality items. Now, getting to the main point — Eva is truly an incredible host. Thanks to her recommendations, we discovered a beautiful beach, and her gesture of offering us wine and biscuits as a treat made us very happy. Every day around noon, she would clean the room and refresh the coffee, water and biscuits. With her communication, hospitality, kindness, and golden heart, Eva is — and I say this again — the best host I have ever had in my booking history. If you’re coming to La Spezia, don’t even think twice — stay in this house. This is not an advertisement; it’s simply the truth.

Excellent apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great attention to detail with little extras like toothbrush & paste, nail file, cotton buds etc, as well as little treats left on the bench when you arrive. The host and her son were so lovely and very happy to help with recommendations. Only a 7 min walk to the train station too.

We had a wonderful stay! Eva, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. Due to a train strike in Pisa, we had trouble reaching the accommodation, but Eva was very supportive and provided us with helpful recommendations to navigate the situation. She also gave us excellent suggestions on where to eat – the food was delicious and exactly what we were looking for! Upon arrival, we were welcomed with some sweet treats and even a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely surprise. The room was cleaned daily, and we received fresh water every day. On the day of our departure, Eva kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the room past check-out time since our train was around noon, which made everything so much easier for us. Thank you, Eva, for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable – highly recommended!

the location was perfect for the station and 2 minutes from the main street full of shops and restaurants. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Although there was no breakfast, the host Eva made sure we had breakfast type snacks and muffins everyday and free bottles of water . Nothing was too much trouble and she even went shopping especially to get breakfast teabags and checked in on us by text to make sure we were happy

Location was great, around 5 minute walk from the train station and within walking distance of most attractions. The room felt brand new. It was spacious and clean with modern facilities. Bathroom in particular was fantastic with plenty of room and a great shower. Eva was a great host attending to our every need including during check in, helping with our luggage and arranging a taxi on our departure as well as providing helpful suggestions about local attractions (including possible trains to Cinque Terre during a national train strike one day during our stay). I would stay again and have no hesitation is recommending Elegant Rooms to anyone travelling to La Spezia

Nothing it was perfect. There was absolutely nothing we could fault.

The property was exceptional, spotless and modern. The bed was so comfortable. Location was perfect just one street back from shops and restaurants but very quiet. A few minutes walk to the train station. Eva was an incredible host, she checked in on us everyday and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and lots of information on places to see. We would highly recommend this property.

The room is as advertised elegant and very central (plenty of restaurants and shops close by, also the train station is within a couple of minutes walk). Very nice and kind host. The accommodation was perfectly located to reach the city quickly or restaurants. Also very close to the train/bus to go to coastal villages. The apartment was very nice and fresh. Will definitely book again if I go back.

We liked everything

The room is very comfortable, and Eva is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. I asked her for some restaurant suggestions for my mum's birthday, and not only did she remember the date, but she also surprised us with chocolate and tea, which was such a lovely touch. The room is on the first floor with no elevator access, but Eva kindly helped us with our luggage. The location is also great—close to the train station and the main street, yet still peaceful and quiet.

The room was very clean and the location was really convenient, it was near everything (station, center, restaurants and supermarket). The host was also really nice to us.
