ItalyThe lady was so grumpy all the time, you couldn’t do good in her eyes. She didn’t properly established the “rules” in the beginning and we got told off several times for not doing what she thought obvious. We could use the terrace to hang out in the evening, and there were glasses put out in the room by the terrace which we used, and she properly scolded us for doing so. Like if she’d told us we couldn’t use them beforehand. There’s only one tiny fridge for the whole place in a separate room, which we could use. In the evening we went to get our stuff from the common fridge but there was a man eating in there, so she ran after us absolutely furious, saying that when that man is eating there we’re not allowed to enter that room. I found it ridiculous since the use of the fridge was included in the price, so we should be able to get our personal stuff out of there any time of the day. But honestly it would’ve alright for us not to enter the room while someone was eating there, if she’d let us know previously about this situation and wouldn’t have told us off like if we’d committed a crime. I apologised several times and she didn’t even bother to say no worries or something. (I spoke to her in Italian as well so there was no problem with language barriers…) Another problem is that once you close your door the only way to open it from the outside is with your key. Obviously we’re not used to such doors, so when my 91 old granpa accidentally closed the door without taking the key with him at night we were in quite a pickle. We managed to get the lady but of course she was yet again furious and at first she was reluctant to help. I think if you have these kinds of doors you at least have to give two keys to the guests. Or be happily ready if they accidentally leave their only key inside.
The surroundings are absolutely stunning, the rooms are very nice and the breakfast was very tasty as well! It’s a family owned business, and the dad and the two sons were very helpful and joyful every time we saw them. We really appreciated there kind personality!!

ItalyWe had a wonderful stay with my sister, brother, and our dog. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with everything homemade and incredibly fresh. Our rooms were pristine and peaceful. One of the highlights for us was the serene morning walks in the vineyards, which our dog absolutely loved. The hospitality was top-notch. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait to return!

SwedenLovely little agritourism on the outskirts of Oderzo, in the middle of the vineyards. Came by bicycle from the dolomites on a particularly rainy day, was welcomed and well looked after even though I was wet as a dog. Great, clean room with a charming rustic feeling. Top place!

JapanI always stay at this B&B when I go to Oderzo. It's a lovely family-run inn. For breakfast, you can eat sweets made by the owner's mother. It's always clean and has a homely atmosphere, so I recommend it to everyone.
