Gorgeous ancient Sicilian building in the perfect location. The suite was simply amazing and spacious, very well decorated and comfortable. The restaurant and drink area is very elegant and classy.

This hotel was an incredible 5 star experience. From the lovely staff to the food to the beautiful hotel room itself - my partner and I had an unforgettable experience here. The hotel staff upgraded us to a suite free of charge and helped my now fiancee organize the most GORGEOUS proposal on their amazing rooftop. Everyone really made sure we had a memorable time here and we felt very well taken care of. The restaurant in this hotel has the most attentive service and delicious Sicilian food. The location is in a quiet area of town, but very close to everything you'd like to see. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Taormina!

Beautifully authentic building right in the city center, yet away from the bustling crowds. The breakfast was exceptional and so was the restaurant in general. The staff are all very kind.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the fact that we only stayed for one night meant we did not get to do much, and it seemed that the one pedestrian street filled with stores and restaurants was the only thing we were able to do - but this must be on us because we did not allocate much time to it- was only a discovery visit per se.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, they waited for us to be picked up from the last point before the pedestrian area, and showed us the hotel's amenities, without being aggressive about it - very much appreciated for the discrete but helpful style.

To reach the hotel from the main street, guests should be aware that there are a few stairs leading up to the street where the hotel is located. This means that while the hotel is conveniently close to the main thoroughfare, some moderate physical effort is required to climb these stairs.

The location is truly ideal, with easy access to key landmarks, dining, and shopping areas, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The rooms are not only spacious but thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of comfort and style, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The staff here goes above and beyond—extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. There isn’t anything to not like. If you’re on the 4th floor you will hear the music from the bar directly above but it does not go late. Also, ask them to put tape over the red flashing lights of their smoke detectors. They’re very bright!

The property is absolutely beautiful. It is located on the main road through the village but on the up side / slope so not right on the road. That also means it’s quiet and has beautiful views of the church and the sea beyond. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast / dining room is also beautiful.

**Amazing Stay in a Great Location with Exceptional Staff** We recently stayed at Palazzo Vecchio, and our experience was outstanding! The location is perfect, within easy reach of major attractions and local gems, making it an ideal spot for exploring Taormina. What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the incredible staff. Antonio, Salvatore, and Claudio went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality, helpful suggestions, and attention to detail made a world of difference. We highly recommend Palazzo Vecchio and look forward to returning on our next trip!

The only thing that I did not like was having to walk up and down the steps to the hotel every day, but that cannot be helped. I am elderly so it was somewhat of a problem, but it would not affect most guests.

Really everything was very nice. Only possible quibble is the shower wasn't quite tall enough for my 6ft 2ins husband.

We loved Palazzo Vecchio. The room was very nice. Well appointed. The bed was amazing. The most comfortable we ever had. There were so many lovely touches such as all the mini bar soft drinks being complimentary. The staff were very helpful and remembered our names.

The staff were incredible and were helpful beyond all expectations. The room was incredible, large and spacious. Team were always on hand to welcome us back and ask about our day as well as offer options for dinners and our next day plans.

Absolutely nothing.

An absolute gem of a hotel - staff, facilities and service were first class. Room was amazing - the bed was to die for. Breakfast was based on local food etc but had an excellent choice. Staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble and were very informative on everything about Taormina - organised day trips to the beach and transport to and from the airport. All places on interest in the town were within walking distance of the property. Rooftop was amazing and had truly stunning views of the area and Etna. Cannot wait to come back.

Can't complain about anything at all really, just maybe a pool upstairs on the roof terrace would be an incredible upgrade to come back to in the next season :)

The staff, the relaxed atmosphere. Everyone was so happy to host us, so friendly, so kind! My brother got engaged on the roof terrace, it was such a special time for us!

Perfect!

We had absolutely amazing stay here ! Stuff was incredible! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Restaurant food was absolutely fantastic! Room was very clean and it was cleaned discreetly so we never saw when the room was cleaned . There were complimentary non alcoholic drinks in the room which is a nice touch ! Thank you to Antonio, Francesko and everyone else in the hotel all of you were absolutely amazing! My only advise for management would be maybe put a small portable make up mirror in the room as I was don’t have a good eye sight so I was bit struggling with my makeup but that’s a small minor thing. Thank you and we will definitely be back !

The whole experience, from the front desk to the staff at the restaurant to the location to the rooms as well as having access to a wonderful beach club. We will 100% be back
