It would have been nice to have a full length mirror. We attended a wedding and couldn't check our outfits unless using our mobile phones.

The communication with the host Giusy to prepare our arrival was excellent. The flat is functional, cosy and decorated with elegance. We absolutely loved the beds, specifically the ergonomic pillows. The bathroom has a shower with steaming function. An absolute treat. The bedroom wardrobes are very spacious with hangers, drawers. The kitchenette is equipped with an expresso machine and breakfast was provided at Divino café, just about 4 mins walk from the flat. The manager of Divino café used to live on London and we had some really good stories to share. The cleaner attended every day to clean the flat and top up with fresh towels, toiletries. The flat is located in the centre or Trani, about 5-7min from the marina, souvenir shops, ice cream shops and restaurants. This flat is an absolute gem for couple and families. We will definitely book again!

Breakfast, the cafe was not welcoming, they did not explain what was included in our buffet breakfast and didn’t seem to like that I chose two pastries. When we asked for second coffee we were charged for the coffee.

The designer was obviously fixated on the appearance of the place, but had little or no regard for how the rooms are actually used. Upon entering the room, one of the first things I noticed was the BIG sign above the toilet, "#nongettarlo, il water non è un cestino". The toilet and bidet were in a separate room from the shower. The bath mat was hanging in the toilet room. There was no trash can in the room. Please don't yell at me and fail to provide "un cestino". Also, please provide somewhere to hang my towel - a tiny hook in the corner of the room isn't really convenient, and having the bath mat in the other room is far from helpful. The sink was large enough to bathe a rottweiler, but that left nowhere for my toiletries.. just little details! But the thing that really upset me was that I had selected Edward Rooms and Wellness because they advertised on Booking.com that they have private (reservable) parking and EV Charger. When I requested to reserve a place, they told me that it wasn't an option, and that there was no EV Charger. In fact, I struggled to charge anywhere near Trani. Please remove the misleading line items from your listing. It is disingenuous.

Trani is a lovely town, and the location was excellent. The room beautifully designed and comfortable.

Breakfast was in a bistro not far from the accommodation. The classic Italian breakfast (coffee, juice, croissant) could be supplemented with a European one. The food was excellent.

The breakfast at the bar (everything was good, i explain after) Foreigners are not used to eat “brioche and cappuccino” and should include more choice and salty choice. It’s important to specify what it is included as well, so that you know what you can get and what not included in the “price”
