We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe lack of air conditioning - our room was over 30°C when we arrived in the evening, and with the balcony doors and bathroom window open, we managed to get it down to just under 30°C for the night which made it quite uncomfortable. The staff were aware the aircon wasn't working and had someone coming to check it, and we did stay during a very early hot spell, but it still wasn't pleasant. It was a shame as the place was ok really otherwise.
The room was large, as was the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was very nice - a good selection and well presented. Breakfast was very impressive - plenty of sweet treats and good espresso!

Old-fashioned but quaint if a little tired. Good restaurant attached and breakfast included . The best thing, however, was the efficient and friendly staff.

The staff was extremely friendly, very welcoming and warm people! The rooms were clean and there was a nice breakfast with good cappucino and scrambled eggs. The balcony was also really nice to have and quite big as well.

AustriaOn the other hand, we didn't like the breakfast, we barely ate anything because we found the cake moldy, and later we had stomach problems. The cleaning was not done the first night we stayed there (dirt/dust from the floor was taken to our feet) and the refrigerator, if we put something in it, a lot of water flowed out of it.
The bed was comfortable and we had air conditioning. Very friendly staff!☺️

HungaryI am an old member of booking.com. I booked this hotel this time. When I arrived, I saw a room that could not be called a room. It had a sloping roof, was dark, and had no windows. It was completely different from what was shown when I booked the room. The front desk told me that because I booked a small room on booking.com, this was the only one I could stay in, so I could not stay here at all! So I had to pay another 60 euros, but for the total price I could stay in a better hotel instead of this one. This is a very bad hotel booking for me!
Satisfaction is based on paying more money to change a room, otherwise there is really no satisfaction. Oh, the service is still enthusiastic.

EstoniaAll in all - poorest stay in recent years! I can't believe that in booking.com this hotel has 3 stars! First - soundproofness was poorest ever -until 1.00 AM we had to listen how upper client used the shower and toilet, very clearly. On the booking.com was marked this room/hotel as soundproof, which is totally wrong. Comings and leavings in corridor was also clearly audible. Second - equipment in room was very noisy too and old, we turned off the fridge and AC because of noise, plus the AC has only 2 status: on and off, no temperature and no vent volume adjustment. No bulb in mirror lamp in bathroom. Third - furniture in rooms very old, walls and floor needs paint and renovation.
Quite close to Salo, which was the main reason to choose this accomodation. Wide bed.
