The walls of the room were not soundproof enough-there was formidable noise coming from the neighboring room and the extended hall in front of our room, which the other guests used as a meeting lounge.

Great, friendly and heartily welcome from Amalio-landlord even though we came a bit late. He was very helpful, giving us excellent tips regarding the neighborhood-where to eat, shop, what to see and where to go to the beach. Nothing was problem, we were served with a tea and felt like at home. The double room was very clean, spacious for family with two kids and the terrace overlooking the hills was simply marvelous. Great accommodation for affordable price.

There isn't much around the property, but it's not an issue if you have a car. There's also a nice small local shop nearby.

The bathroom window is quite big and facing the parking, where people pass by and you are uncomfortable that you could be seen as there are no curtains. It was only after I finished my shower and when it was dark and I used the switches that I realised there is a switch to drop down the blinds. We knew beforehand that there is no fridge in the room but it would have been ideal if there was.

Very big room and wonderful view that you can enjoy from the huge balcony. The host is very nice and gave us recommendation for restaurants nearby. No aircon but there is a fan. Very big wardrobe with lots of storage space. Location is nice, about 10mins from lake Como with a vehicle. There is a restaurant also just opposite the rooms. There is parking available.

It was very hot on the day we arrived and the lack of aircon was unfortunate. But we knew about that beforehand. Ask for one of the rooms with a balcony not facing the afternoon sun

The parking lot was really noisy at night, cars came in the middle of the night and people were making noise, this was a problem because we had to keep the windows open because it was really hot in the room and there was no air conditioning or fan. There were no restaurants nearby or shops when we arrived, this was our first accommodation in Italy and we came straight from the airport, so we didn't get any water or food. The restaurants were temporarily closed. There was no trash can in the room, only one in the toilet. The bathroom had a really big window directly onto the parking lot, so it was a bit uncomfortable to take a shower and use the toilet because there was no curtain.

Nothing not to like. As stated in the listing, there's no kitchen nor fridge. These would be handy. Wished we could have stayed longer :)

It was well worth making the trip out up into the hills to get there. We travelled to/from Como by bus without any problems. A semi-rural setting with stunning view from a large outdoor terrace. The staff were very responsive, friendly and helpful with local information. They were on site within a few minutes when we contacted them. The apartment was very spacious, and newly refurbished with fresh modern decor. It was all sparkling clean. Only 1 shop and 1 restaurant nearby which are open very limited hours but we purchased enough for dinner at a Market store just a few minutes walk along the road and enjoyed dinner on the terrace. So peaceful to be out of the city.

I visited in at the end of April, on my trip I stayed in 9 different hotels and this was absolutely my favorite. The room was really big and clean. Amalio welcomed me in, he was really nice and helpful with good suggestions on where to go and eat. The balcony was my favorite part, it was quiet and had beautiful views of the surrounding areas. It was also nearby to some nice viewpoints around the lakes. I really loved this place and I hope I can come back again!
