The breakfast was pretty average but was included in the price so no issue really. Staff were great with the kids and gave them some little treats.

Staff were friendly and the room was great for a family of 4 .Shower was powerful, we had a balcony and complimentary cold water in the fridge.

More details about parking would be good in the hotel description , but the receptionist gave us a parking voucher when we inquired for 6 euros, after we had already paid 10 euros into the parking machine . This part was quite stressful , because the machine wouldn’t take any of our cards and we didn’t have cash on us … we had to chase around for change

Viareggio was a surprise. Great architecture, great shopping and lots of seaside restaurants and beach clubs. The hotel was great value for money. The breakfast was sumptious.

The cooling system was confusing.

Beachfront property with an awesome rooftop deck. Staff explained the beach club system and offered discount coupons. Breakfast is excellent and there is a cute little bar service in the lobby.

Great position right on seafront. I had a single room with balcony and side sea view. Lovely decor throughout the hotel. Air con was very efficient. Room cleaned daily, towels lovely and fluffy. Breakfast was ample, always a nice selection of different cake each day.

The rooms are somewhat small for three people but not a significant issue

Wifi in lobby was good, but had bad coverage in the room. There was a bar in the lobby, but it did not seem to have the barmen serving it (other staff provided only basic drinks, such as water or a glass).

Pretty much everything, including the proximity to the bus station, cleanliness, politeness of staff, the breakfast. We booked a sea view room and enjoyed the view every day. Overall, great value for money. We got a discount coupon for entry to the beaches, which were just across the street.

When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist took a long time to deal with me, I was soaking wet due to heavy and I was just ignored. The day after I asked the same male receptionist if the bar was open and could I order a glass of wine, I was told that they didn’t sell glasses of wine only bottles, I got the impression that it wasn’t correct.

The only thing I can think of is the buzzing sound when room doors were opened. It was startling when opening my own door, and a little disturbing when I could hear other’s doors buzzing.

I loved everything! The location was perfect. I had come to experience Carnevale and the hotel was right in the middle of all the fun. This would be a great location in the summer too, right across the street from the sea. I didn’t have a front balcony, but there was a sun deck on the roof which made viewing the parade very easy. My room was impeccably clean and seemed very recently remodeled - much better than the photos. It was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was also great, there were so many choices, savory and sweet.

Unfortunately, we were not aware that we had to request to turn on the air conditioner. By the time, we requested for it to turn on and was told that it was too late to turn on. Even though, we were given a fan, we got mosquito bites the whole night.

The hotel was located right in front of the beacg. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very nice.

Very well maintained hotel. Staff courteous and helpful. Room was simple but met expectations. Cleaning superb. Lovely rooftop terrace. Breakfast had options for every taste. Excellent location. 15 mins from train station and 5 mins from bus station.
