Lake front, spacious, clean. Easy parking. Great lakefront dining. A couple of minutes from Bolsena. Easy drive to Fiumicino. Gracious staff. Beautiful pool area.

Staff does an excellent job to make you feel welcome; and never failed to meet all requests. Nice quiet location, beautiful Lake Bolsena view & outdoor dining was very pleasant.

Would have liked to have known there was a wedding reception on our arrival date, that closed the dining area entirely for that day. However, 'shout out' to the recommended close by (300 meters walk) 'Il Podere Del Contadino' -- excellent food!!

Great location on the lake. Traditional Italian hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Fairly easy to walk into town along the road, great restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed a wonderfully peaceful stay and felt truly welcomed by the on-site owners. The meal at the restaurant was a highlight—beautifully prepared with fresh fish from the lake and accompanied by delightful local wine. Thank you for a most memorable visit to Bolsena.

The location was good ,the staff excellent , breakfast & dinner was excellent and we could not fault anything regarding this hotel. The location to the town centre was only 5-10 min walk. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was also very good.

Location was fabulous. Travelling with my 85 year old mother requested room for disabled. So close to Bolsena . Lakeside Location was a dream living in the Lake District just like home from home the bonus was the weather was much warmer.

In such a beautiful place there was nothing we didn't like.

Perfect calm vacation time. All on high level : restaurant and local food, rooms cleaned everday + towels exchange, excellent service in restaurant, friendly and kind owners. Beautiful surroundings - spacious garden, clean swimming-pool, cristal water in the lake, enough sunbeds for every guest. 4 stars well represented ! Many thanks.

The Hotel is run by the Family. People are Friendly and Open. If you need something do not hesitate to ask. But do not forget to ask about the price, since it is not always clear. But from my experience all was very fair. The location is good, slightly out of the city, but still 10-15 minutes walk. The lake view area is perfect to enjoy the sun. Thank you. would be happy to come back.

Delightful location, peaceful and enchanting, a real gem. Great breakfast, staff super-friendly, very caring and professional, totally in control and ALWAYS at hand to help, excellent kitchen, breakfast on the veranda by lakeside it's just such a marvellous way to start the day. Little private beach with super-comfy recliners and the lake breeze is very difficult to detach from!!!! The pool and pool area is perfect as well, we didn't hang out there so much as the fresh lake water was just too appealing, spoilt for choice comes to mind The town is real pretty and full of great bars and restaurants and it's only 1 minute drive or 10 minutes walk.

Nice hotel with beautiful views of Lake Bolsena. The staff at the hotel and restaurant go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Great service and clean room. We enjoyed our two nights there

All excellent. If anything, the Air conditioning at night was a bit warmer than we liked

Lovely location on the lake. Easy walking distance to quaint town of Bolsena. Clean, quiet room with Lakeview balcony. The owners are incredibly helpful.

We had an exceptional stay at this wonderful Hotel. The Hotel location and grounds are stunning. The Hotel staff and facilities are first class. The food is amazing as is the genuine care and warmth from all staff. And to top it all off, the value for money for this Hotel is brilliant.. Thabk you Hotel Eden for a wonderful holiday xx
