Our room was a little small. Maybe i just picked a bad pick on my behalf, so there was nowhere bare a small bar on a single to dry any clothes or towels but if you don't plan on staying in the room much which was are case it's not a major issue!

The setting of the hotel was beautiful, the location was fantastic less than 10 mins to the center and port. Rooms were so clean and staff were lovely!

Breakfast was basic but sufficient, pool was on the small side but for a short break was ample.

Location was perfect, great access to the town, all within walking distance, close to train station. Staff were excellent..

All a bit tired and the bed was awful. Too small and skinny. Our view was of a grimy area. We lost a towel out the window and weren’t allowed to get it back.

Its location was great and we really liked the pool. Tne staff were gorgeous.

The only downside is that our room did not have an elevator. And that the pool closed at six, which was really early.

The WiFi went down one morning but when I mentioned it one of the receptionists told me that as no other guests had complained then it couldn’t be possible. She insinuated that I was lying. This is not good customer service. There was quite a bit of noise from another room on one occasion and the room doors are very loud when they shut.

Most of the staff were excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were quite comfortable. The shower was great. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. The location was fantastic.

We stayed in a eco standard which was small and no much storage for clothes but it was functional, clean and comfortable

109 is a family room with a massive outdoor terrace. Rooms very clean and lots of space. Staff very polite. Garden is lovely for sitting and killing time.

We had to climb a lot of steps to get to our room. The shower was a bit awkward to use.

Location, location, location. Breakfast good. Set back from the street allowing additional peace/quiet while being very central.

The internet connection was very bad, the lights weren’t working well, the bathroom was smelling terrible all the time, and the breakfast wasn’t good because there was a lack of some important kinds of food like scrambled eggs, croissants and juice.

The property location is very nice.

If I was being hyper-critical I would say the breakfast but only because I would like to have seen a variety of fresh fruit rather than just apples and oranges. There was a good selection of cakes, pastries, bread rolls, meat and cheese and a small selection of cereals and cooked food. Everything was very clean and fresh.

The hotel has clearly been refurbished since the photos on their website. The rooms were large and clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and nothing seemed like too much trouble. We had fresh towels everyday, toiletries provided and a fridge. It was a perfect location as it was only a couple of minutes walk to the central square. The hotel has two exit points, one of which takes you straight onto the main street heading to the square. It was close to shops and restaurants and only a 10/15 minute walk to the seafront where there were great views of Mount Vesuvius. You could either then walk down to the beaches and port or get the lift down. The pool was a lovely addition especially on hot days although it isn't heated and there is a lovely garden area to sit out in - I imagine both of these would be incredibly welcome in the height of the summer!

Just a few very minor things will improve the experience for guests. Shower gel in the bthroom is stingy. We went out and bought our own. Larger bottles should be supplied. Our bed was lovely and big - but the botton sheet was not big enough to be tucked in both sides, so my side rucked up in the night. Please get some larger sheets. The breakfast is fine, but it could do with upgrading - more hot options would be welcome.

Location was excellent. Instant acces to city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel very clean. Lovely gardens to relax in.

Location was perfect for accessing town centre and other services, trips etc. It would have been an even pleasant experience if bath towels were replaced every other day. The towels were not changed during our 5 nights stay.

Excellent location on the main street and less than 10 minutes walk to the port. Friendly stuff and clean. The hotel has private parking.

Fabulous location. 5 minutes from the port, station and 2 minutes from the shopping and restaurants. Perfect. Basic but very comfortable accommodation. Staff were very helpful, especially the reception staff and the barman who was lovely!

1)Our room was on the fourth floor but the elevator only went up one floor :( Trapsing up and down the stairs 3 or 4 times a day was an unexpected inconvenience:( To their credit, the staff did take our bags to the room at check in and back down when we checked out :) 2) There was no kettle, tea, coffee or bottled water provided in the room :( 3) When taking a shower, there was no shelf on which to place soap, shampoo, razor etc. Items had to be put on the shower floor :( 4) There was no kleenex tissues provided, only toilet rolls :( 5) Some breakfast items, once finished, were not refilled :( 6) There was a security safe in the room. However, we were informed we would need to pay an additional €3 a day to use it :( For €535 a night, we expected a little better.

Close proximity to restaurants, bars and shopping areas. Pleasant and helpful staff. The room was clean.
