Steps to get up and down into lake a bit high and the ladder is slippery and uncomfortable on the feet!

Lovely little hotel. Great location close to ferry. Once the balcony door is closed you don’t hear any noise from the ferries.

Amazing hotel, in the centre of the old town of Simone. We treated ourselves to the room with a lake view and balcony which was absolutely stunning.

The location was great once we arrived – beautiful surroundings and everything within walking distance by the lake. However, getting to the hotel itself was a bit challenging. It’s difficult to access by taxi, and most transport seems to rely on ferries. This can be inconvenient if you’re arriving with luggage or outside regular ferry hours. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Despite the tricky access, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the area.

One of our rooms was very hot and difficult to sleep. Air conditioning doesn’t work the best to cool the rooms. Did offer some packages gluten free products at breakfast but did not have a dedicated gluten free toaster available.

Location is amazing. Easy walking to sights and restaurants. Has an elevator. Very clean.

Nothing at all about the property. It is just in an extremely busy and popular area.

Great location, very busy in the adjacent area but we expected that. Hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel and room was very exceptionally clean. A great place to stay for a short stop in Sirmione in the height of the season.

Very friendly staff. Especially Martina was very accommodating and provided excellent suggestions for what to see and do around Lake Garda. The breakfast was great, which we enjoyed outdoors on the terrace with a view of Lake Garda. The location was perfect, close to everything. The hotel was clean and tidy.

The terrace bar was closed (most probably due to the small storm around 7 pm). The hotel has parking, but in high season better to park at Grifo parking that has a shuttle service to hotel (5'), otherwise will be a challenging drive through narrow streets with loads of people around.

Located in the heart of Sirmione, with a nice lake (sunset) view, terrace letting you see the fishes, very kind and helpful staff. Shuttle service from Grifo parking. The ferry just stops in front of the hotel ;)

Everything was perfect

Beautiful little piece of paradise with fantastic views and access to the lake. Staff very helpful, particularly Elvis who had lots of great suggestions and recommendations. Special mention to Robert at the bar also, who kept hubby happy with cold coronas!

Nothing - I would say maybe a pool isn’t there but then you have the sister hotel you can go to which is less than 10 mins walk . I liked being so central - really great vibe and plenty of places to eat with a minute walk back to your hotel - wonderful stay. Thank you to all the staff

Loved the location, the room with a lake view, the air con, the friendly staff (especially Martina). This was a wonderful place to stay and although the hotel doesn’t have a single pool it’s location is hard to beat. You are on the lake front and right next to all the restaurants, the castle and ferry port. The staff were really helpful and we used the pool in the sister hotel so the stay was perfect. Room cleaning was top notch and the breakfast plentiful . We had a balcony and I would definitely advise having one switch a view of the lake - a shame to miss the beauty of that during your stay

In some areas the hotel felt like it needed a bit of an update, but generally it was light and airy. We noticed in our room the wallpaper had lifted. We assumed it was because the bathroom shower behind that wall must have been leaking. We completely forgot to mention it as we were in a hurry to get to airport the day we left. I will send an email to them as it may not have been spotted by the cleaning crew, as it’s lower down in a few areas on the wall, but must have been like that for a while.

The location was great, the staff were terrific on reception and very helpful. Being able to park so near the hotel, but limited spaces at 15 euros a day

Perfect piazza and lake front location in the middle of old town Sirmione. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The view from the balconies is spectacular. The service was pristine.
