Small bathroom with a toilet seat that is too small for the bowl, leaky shower and bidet heads, plus the drain is almost clogged. Mini fridge was dirty. And the table on the balcony was full of street dust. Bring ear plugs because walls are thin and the front door code box buzzes every time someone entries. The coffee machine had coffee in the water tank.

Very noisy building, with people from apartments (outside the guest room) screaming until 4am. I couldn't sleep at all. Perhaps I've been unlucky, but it has been very annoying.

Small but confortable rooms with all you need for a few nights in Rome. Very clean and easy check-in.

The bathroom was so so small. There was some noise in the morning because of construction in progress. The wardrobe was shallow.

The room was quiet during night. The size and style of the room was good. The hotel is well connected with main public transportation: metro and bus stations.

It's a quiet and safe neighborhood but location is a little isolated with very few options for restaurants. You also need a train to reach the main tourist spots(but I knew this already from description)

Can’t think of any faults. All good.

The staff were very accommodating, I arrived in the morning but was able to contact staff via WhatsApp, they gave me the details to enter the hotel so I could leave my bag. I was even able to check in and pay via WhatsApp. The room is good value for money with Air con, good Wi-Fi, fridge and even a coffee machine. It isn’t walking distance to the centre but it’s near a metro so no problem. Little tip if you have an early or late flight. There is a TAM bus that runs from Ostiense station about 5-10min taxi from the hotel, this will save the time and cost of trying to get the bus from Termini.

The room wasn't that clean, there was a few missed spots. There was no board on the toilet which was weird besause there were holes where board should be attached

The location is great, metro station is only 5 minutes away and it's nicely connected by bus lanes. Owner left clear instructions how to find place and left ac on when I arrived, which was a nice touch. Overall great value for short stay

The room needs some work done specially the toilet the state is embarrassing. The duvet in wardrobe had a lot of hair on it and the hangers were rusty. The cup left to use for the coffee machine was also embarrassing and the two plastic cups left for us to use looked like they were used before. The state of the shower is questionable.

The linen used on the bed was clean and check-in was very easy and responsive.

The wall was mouldy It was really cold at the property I wanted to use a heating can but it was full of expired milk inside The douche cabin door had a issue and all the water drained in the bathroom Even though we had a double bed we had a terrible sleep because of the 2 mattresses that slipped apart leaving us with a hole in the middle of the bed

Mouldy shower, blood stain on the bathroom wall, dust above the bed. I suggest the owners to hire someone not to clean, but to renovate the place..

The shower door was noticeably broken (bend out of shape), the holder for toilet paper was broken, the shower was brown/yellow from not being clean properly, the tap in the sink was also not cleaned properly, the plug in the sink was missing. A picture frame was covering a hole in the wall close to the floor and not clean. The balcony was not clean.

It’s ok for a short stay and if you’re out all day.

We politely requested early arrival to the apartment to drop off our bags, which the host agreed to. However, upon arrival, the cleaning lady was quite abrupt and rushed us, insisting we leave promptly to clean. We apologized and returned an hour later, only to find the room poorly cleaned, with hair scattered throughout the bed sheets, shower, and even on bedside tables. The room was left untidy and unsatisfactorily dirty, falling short of the value for the money paid.

The metro station is just around the corner, with Line B providing easy access to the city center.
