Ran out of loo roll and didn't know where to find any more. A family also arrived at about 10:00pm one night and were extremely loud, which made it harder to sleep since we were having an early bedtime. However that is hardly the owner's fault, and apart from that one night, every other night gave great sleep.

We paid for the double room with separate private bathroom, it had good AC, window blinds which blocked out all light at night, which was great. Michela was very helpful and sent all necessary information, as well as reccommending local eating spots which we enjoyed. The bathroom was nice and clean.

I stayed alone in one of the rooms in three room appartment. Good place for overnight sleep. The room was clean and was cleaned every day during my stay. The air conditioner was a life-saver. Around the house there were pleanty of supermarkets and restaurants at significantly lower prices than in the city center. The location is in the middle between Palazzo dei Congressi and the city center. Both can be readily reached by bus from the bus station close to the house.

The room and bathroom locks were a little problematic for me and made a lot of noise when I tried to open the door.

The owner of the apartment was very nice and helped with checking in and with all the questions. And also recommended where to have a delicious dinner. Nice accommodation with a comfortable bed and breakfast.

Very nice place to stay with wonderful hosts. Apartment was cleaned every day and the host was available for all questions/request. There is a shared kitchen which you can use if you wish to prepare something. We even got free muffins. 😊

Our stay of family of 4 was amazing at Eco B&B was amazing. Michela was very nice and provided us with all the required information. The room was clean and access to kitchen with breakfast items 24 hours.  The bus stop is literally near the bldg entrance. And next to it is also D10 pizza with excellent food. Note: That you can tap your debit card in the bus for a single 100 min journey 1.5 euros and you can travel any mode after that. I didn't know this, but it is very handy! I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends back home. Thankyou!

The apartment was easy to find, it was clean and well equipped, all you need (plus some books, tea, cofee, snacks in the kitchen). The location was great, there was a public transport stop nearby, a train station (Trastevere - train to airport) just a 15 minute walk away and a lot of shops and restaurants around. Even some markets. The room was comfy, clean and we had all we needed. There is a balcony to chill at. The owner was really sweet and helpful! She baked cake for us. Even send us some information what to do in the city, what beach to see, events and perks, helped with tickets to public transport. One day there was no hot water, but the problem was sorted out immediately after we informed the owner. Our room didn't have an en suite bathroom, but that wasn't an issue. The bathroom was a few steps away, in the hall, and it was just for us. All in all, a good place to stay. Homely feeling, recommending.

The stay at Marela was a perfect choice for us. The location was great. It’s really close to the city center. Our room was clean and spacious enough for two people. What’s more, there was a balcony so our morning coffee was even more enjoyable;) In the kitchen there were some cake or cookies prepared for us every day, what was really nice. The hostess was very welcoming and helpful. Michela provided us with the information about local spots worth visiting and was always accessible.

The place was PERFECT. Zero complaints.

Look no further. This place is AWESOME. First of all, the location is perfect. A little bit away from all the Rome craziness, but still a 15 min bus away from downtown. The bus stop is a 3 min walk from the apartment and a 15 min walk from the train station (or a 5 min bus ride from the train station). I work remote and the internet was better than at my place 😂. It was 100F or 38-40C outside but the room always stayed cold, which was much appreciated. The room was very specious, had everything I needed, and was cleaned daily. But putting all of those great things aside, the reason why you should stay is because the hostess, Michela, is absolutely WONDERFUL. She greeted me personally, gave me a map of Rome and showed me how to get to places, had food recommendations, always had cold water for me on the fridge and always had cake and fruit on the kitchen table. She always responded to all of my texts/questions and is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. For real, STAY HERE.
