Quite noisy location starting from early morning until late at night. Bed wasn't the most comfortable and would have been nice to have some extra towels, toilet paper, and paper towels for a 4 night stay.

Great location, view, and terrace. Very nice kitchen. Overall the apartment makes you feel like you have a home in the middle of Bellagio.

As we were directly above the staff kitchen for the bar below, it was noisy until quite late in the evening and again from early morning when the staff arrived at work. Also the kettle was faulty, you had to hold the button down constantly and there was no plates in the apartment at all

Shame there was no umbrella on the terrace. The stand was there, but the umbrella missing - a little poor given the profile of the property.

The location is fantastic - if you are staying in Bellagio, staying close to the lake with the views is the way to go. The terrace is fantastic and the apartment is very clean with all the facilities you need. Convenient for the ferry, bars, restaurants and no steps to climb to get there.

Nothing! It really was a perfect spot to stay in Bellagio.

Good communication with the owner. Easy key pickup / check-in. This apartment is in a perfect location! We loved eating breakfast on the terrace while watching the ferries getting started on the morning departures. During the day when the street was crowded, we had a perfect secluded vantage point to people watch. At night, the apartment is dark and quiet which made it easy to get a good nights rest. Highly recommended!

No hot water - we contacted the host but no one came to fix

Location was excellent! Literally in the center of town and opposite the ferry port. Restaurants and shops below. The size of the apartment was perfect for 2 people. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom all decent sizes and the balcony was lovely with a stunning view. Very modern and you have all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay. Free parking in the white lines 5 minutes walk away if you got lucky which we did. Communication between host was excellent - although we did mention a problem with hot water (we didn’t have any) and no one came to fix it.

conveniently located right in the heart of Bellagio, right near the ferry. we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and afternoon/evening wine on the large patio which had plenty of seating, umbrella, and a table. apartment was clean and well furnished and kitchen had all the items needed to make ones stay comfortable. would rent again.
