We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Poland1. The owner was rude - when asking to change the room, which was in the basement and was cold, I was totally ignored and told 'just turn on the thermostat...so easy, no need any change'. 2. Room #2 is in the basement and it is cold there. 3. There are church bells ringing a few times a day - might wake you up.

MalaysiaThe apartment manage by a company so basically every information you only can found out from a link . There is a whatapps contact but they won’t solve your problem, only reminding u check out on time, throw the rubbish and clean the dishes. During the 2nd night we have a problem of the apartment heater is not working, message them only ask us to reset . When the problem still there they stopped reply us, and leave us with cold night and cold shower . The apartment doesn’t located in Bellagio town , you have to drive all the way, and the parking is very challenging , the road driving in very smalll too. I won’t be staying this apartment again if I return to this town.

SerbiaApartmant is up the hill, no terace, too small windows, questionable cleanliness of the sofa in living room, mobile air conditioner which is unbearably noisy. The host is actually, an agency that, it seems to me, does not care how you are doing. They have a very complicated application procedure, because you have to use their online method. You cannot get the key until you pay the city tax before arrival. You don't feel welcome at all. It is difficult to get from the city on foot due to the very big uphill, so any instructions or suggestions for public transport would be welcome. all in all, we regret choosing this accommodation in such a beautiful place as Bellagio

United Kingdom-The hair dryer was not working as it was only plugged in for show, the plug doesn’t fit the socket. There were no adapters or alternative options provided. I had to sleep with wet hair because of it. -The property is noisy at night -The lock deposit was not locked and closed with pin at the time of taking them, so anybody could take them as we didn’t have to enter the pin to take the keys out. It opened automatically. So security was concerning. -We were asked to clean the property before leaving and take the rubbish out. And that should be something the property manager should do and not the guest as this is all paid for. This was very unpleasant. La filanda did not reply to any concerns informed to them through whatsapp. Very poor service. - The car parking slot was blocked the following day when we came back to the property, so we had to figure it out on our own how to put the block down, as the slot were given the instructions to park was different to the one we had the keys for. We had keys for slot 1 but was asked to park in slot 2.
