We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomI had to call because I hadn't received the lockbox code 24 hours before. Please ensure the contract is sent to your guests on time to sign - this was the reason for the delay. As an earlier review from 13th May states, I think you should make it clearer to guests that they can use the lift in the garage rather than carrying luggage up the steps. Fortunately, we made note of that review. At the back of the garage, there is a small staircase which leads to the lift further down the corridor. This was much needed after a tiring journey.
Fantastic view. Only a few minutes walk from the heart of Bellagio, but the fact that it isn't in the centre means it is very quiet at night. Expect a hard walk from the ferry when arriving if you have heavy luggage (probably around half an hour), but otherwise it's only around 10-15 minutes to the ferry when you are free of this. Very well equipped. Liked the addition of the Bluetooth speaker, which we don't usually see in rentals. Washing machine with tablets too was great.

CanadaWonderful Italy has very poor instructions and strict rules about getting a code and the time you can enter the apartment. When you call them it goes through booking.com and it takes forever to get back to you. There are no taxi services in Bellagio to take. You have to figure out how to get your luggage up the cobblestone steps and hills to find the location. We ended up calling Booking.com in the London office for help to find the address. When we finally got there you were faced with 80 steps to get to your apartment We stayed too long in Bellagio. You can see all you need in 3 days.
The apartment was well equipped with just about everything you would need. The views were beautiful overlooking the lake.

United StatesCommunication. It was impossible to talk with a human being. You had to go through Booking.com and wait an indefinite amount of time for a reply, and sometimes you never got one. The checkin instructions were confusing, and didn't mention that rather than walking up an entire hillside of steps with your luggage, there was an elevator behind the garage.
Excellent view, nice little terrace, comfortable well equipped apartment.

ChinaIf you don’t drive and carry heavy luggage, stay away from this apartment. The staff is not helpful, on WhatsApp, when you ask for help, no reply; but they will inform you the checkout time timely. ….When I call and ask if they can help to arrange a pickup car or find a local taxi number for me, the lady arrogantly said I should not carry heavy luggages, she has no idea I’ve traveled Europe for 2 months, how come I don’t carry luggages?! There’s no care and empathy from the staff.

United KingdomThe nearby pizza restaurant caused smoke to drift into the apartment, dependent on wind direction. The side balcony is mainly out of the sun. A neighbouring local residents dog can be heard barking regularly in the morning. Be aware we reported the toaster caused the power to cut out.

Absolutely brilliant stay. The apartment was even better than expected with an amazing host. Will definitely come back here. The views from the apartment were absolutely beautiful! Photos do not do this apartment justice. It was in the best location, within walking distance to everything. The free parking was also a huge bonus!
