I stayed here late April, I had to book last minute due to a change in my trip but it was not a problem. The young lady at the front desk, Pamela, was super kind and helpful! I had a nice stay, I wanted to be relatively close to Sirmione and this was great, I would come here again

Shit smell from the fields, this was something u must take into account if u stay there at Spring. U cannot open the window for fresh air, if u do so, shit smell will fill your room. The family room is noisy at ground floor, room number 2 & 3, ceiling is thin, if people on first floor room will walk in the room you will wake up for sure. Also take inti account that the breakfast offer is exactly the same each day, this is not a problem, just keep it in mind. The housekeeping, front desk and gastronomy place service is perfect, 10/10. Only the building has disadvantages. However, if u look for a good value for money play and u travel by car, this is a great place.

We had a truly wonderful stay at JHD Dunant Hotel, and we’d gladly give it 5 stars! Our experience began on a very positive note, thanks to Pamela at the reception. She welcomed us warmly, explained everything in fluent English, and made sure we felt well-informed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was her kind gesture of switching to our native language after learning we were visiting from India. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel genuinely cared for. Pamela went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed — from local tips to discovering hidden gems — and her professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and warmth made a lasting impression. She is truly an asset to the hotel! The rest of the staff were equally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — fresh, varied, and well-served in a lovely setting. All in all, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Rooms were not entirely soundproof. We could hear a family next door at times. More vegetarian options at breakfast would have been good to have.

THe only thing I didnt like was that there was no fresh bread or baguette for breakfast, which was irritating. Something that should be standard with normal breakfast.

We didn't like so much the breakfast, but was OK.

Nice and clean room. The bathroom was exceptional. Perfect for a one night stopover. Even though we didn't like some details that much, it's still a great value for the money!
