You hear everything around you, people coming and going, elevator etc, so definitely need earplugs. The part I stayed in was 3 blocks from the reception/'main' hotel and is a very odd building, but it's fine for one night and proximity to the train station.

Location is close to Milano Centrale, metro and restaurants. Room is clean, bed is comfortable enough for one night.

the street was noisy due to construction work, and the room was too hot

The room had a good mattress and was very clean. The bathroom was shared, but also very clean and I had no issues with it. The location was excellent. The only downside was the heat — the room didn’t have air conditioning, only a fan, which didn’t help much. There was also some street maintenance going on, so it was quite noisy early in the morning. But overall, it was a good place to stay.

The sheets need to be changed to new as there was a small stain.

We stayed at the separate building. For the price the stay was great. The price was 100eur for a night and we stayed 2 nights. The location is perfect, really close to the city center. Everything in the room was working. The room service cleaned the room everyday of our stay. People write that there is a lot of noise outside, but hey, you chose to stay near the city center. The noise from the street was not that bad. Overall, the stay was great.

The staff are very kind, friendly, easy to communicate with, and have a good command of English. I needed an extra night at the last minute, so I made the request through Booking.com. They were quick to notice and handle it efficiently. When I called to confirm, I found that everything had already been taken care of. They were very understanding, responsive, and spoke English fluently A very appreciated feature: The toilet has a water spray

The hotel has a garden which is delightful as a place to have breakfast coffee, with a resident tortoise.

It's not necessarily a negative comment, but if you have neighbors right next to one of the rooms and they are more vocal, you can hear them quite clearly.

In close vicinity to the Main Train Station and Metro, lots of shops around. The room was clean and spacious.

Very nice small hotel to stay in Milan. The hotel has been completely renovated and refurbished. Close to Milano Centrale train station - 10 minutes, Blvd. Buenos Aires. and Lima metro 5 min. There is a garden in front of the hotel and also a private garden at the back of the hotel where you can sit in nice weather and even order a cup of coffee. The staff is very polite and friendly. Around the corner there is a place (forno) where you can enjoy a cappuccino and a wide selection of croissants for breakfast. On foot you can reach the center, La Scala, the Victor Emmanuel Gallery and the Cathedral in about 40 minutes passing through a wonderful park 'Montanelli'. In a word I recommend it.

Cons: really small bathroom, kind of noisy in the night and in the mornings, 2 out of 3 nights we spent there, there was no heat, even if it really should be

Everything was good but the problem that i had is that during night time there are so many noises coming from outside and it makes it hard for you to sleep well.

I really like this hotel because of its cleanliness and the location. I could reach anywhere i wanted to go easily by metro. Thanks to all the staff in there, they are so kind and helpful🙏🏻.

The fact that I was a little distance from the main hotel.and haf to find it with Google maps at night made it a bit difficult for me. I knew from booking that my accommodatiom was in a separate building. .i had hoped it was a little closer to the main hotel itself. I had also had to bring my key back to the main hotel which delayed me on my.departure to the Airport today on my way home to Ireland. It was though my first time in Milan whivh did not jelp st all.

Not much, all in all it is a nice hotel. Maybe a little update of the shower area to make it a bit more modern with glass shower dors would be nice.

We were in the additional building of the hotel. It was a great value for the money (about 105 euros per night). Area of the hotel was really nice, safe and quiet. In the walking distance of Milano Centrale station - 5 minute walk. Staff was weary helping and nice. Milano center is also very near and we walked and explored along the way. Metro station, if you want to use it, is 400m away. There is a bakery and a coffee shop right next to the building.

During checkout, we wanted to leave our bags at the reception as our train was scheduled to departure quite late. We were 5€ for this service. This is the first time I experience something like this in a hotel, as usually this service is free.

The only problem was that the walls are a bit thin and noise from other rooms could be heard.

The room is a bit small but comfortable for 2 people. The staff were very friendly and available at all times. 10 min walk from milan central station.

Half the shower door was missing so when I took a shower it got water all over the floor.
