Breakfast and cleanliness

Next to the trainstation. View on the train tracks. Noise of the train station with all announcements for the passengers clearly within hearing distance. At night many passing freight trains with noise and vibrations in the hotel room. On top of that, the walls were paper thin, so you could hear every sneeze from the neighbours. Do not prepay your stay in this hotel, they will not reimburse or let you leave.

This was a great hotel with everything you could want. Unfortunately, I was only there for one night and was unable to use the facilities and the restaurant was closed. The room was very comfortable, there were bath robes and slippers provided, a kettle and even an ironing board and iron. The location is great, within minutes (on foot) from the train station, an easy walking distance to the historical centre and as it is on the side of the sea, very close to the beach and restaurants. A fabulous range of food was available at breakfast and barista coffee available on request. It would be a great place to stay over summer.

The staff were very pleasant. The location is a few minutes to everything. Parking was available and very helpful.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant, and most of the staff were accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a rude encounter with Joseph, a member of the maintenance team, which significantly affected our stay. After discussing the incident with the hotel manager, she assured me that the staff member would be addressed, emphasizing that she would not want any guest, particularly a woman, to feel intimidated and that the use of such language was unacceptable.

One staff member was rude and intimidating, using an entirely inappropriate tone and even resorting to calling me a derogatory name, which I found very upsetting.

The sky spa was lovely, good breakfast option, place was modern and close to the beach and city centre

On our first night of stay it been very cold, i understand the heating is going to be put on from October, so i try to put on the ac on heat i went down to the reception to explain the situation next morning and they say they need to activated from there and is going to take about 2 hours to warm up but it start pushing cold air and also would not stop. I been provided with an electric heater in the afternoon. I selected a double bed and it been actually 2 singles stick to each other's so very hard for a couple to stay. And i been suprise we didn't have any duvet we been we only get a wool blanket.

The location was perfect and the pool was stunning. All staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely view.

Extra charge for some breakfast items is unacceptable for the cost of this hotel. Omelette and fresh orange juice!

The hotel was modern, stylish and very clean . The rooms were very well equipped and staff were pleasant and helpful . It was also an excellent location, only a few minutes walk from town

The only single thing I didn’t like about the hotel which let it down from a full star review was the beds - I was in a room with my son with single beds which were extremely hard and unforgiving . We both struggled to get comfortable and have a good nights sleep which is a real shame otherwise I would be happy to give a faultless review

The room was high class design, very comfortable bed, white and marble in the bathroom, very well equipped. The fridge and Sky Sport Chanel made my staying very pleasant. Also the pool was comfortable, and of course the air conditioner a bless. Very close to the train station, on one hand was good, very close to the beach and centre of the city also.

It was only a weekend, and couldn't get enough rest, the music was too loud until 2:30 am.

The breakfast was great, the spa and massage were wonderful. Super location - We loved being between the center (3 minute walk to the foro) and 3 minute walk to the beach. We slept with our window open and enjoy the sound of the waves… The staff was efficient and helpful.
