I liked everything, however if there was anything I would change, I would suggest a little privacy break between hotel room balconies, perhaps plants or something just to make the balcony or even half of it a little more private. also a ladder to get back on the Pontoon would be handy ! This however is not a critisism, just a suggestion.

I liked everything about this hotel, the room was lovely with a huge balcony over looking the lake, the bathroom was large and serviced with fresh fluffy towels every day. The breakfast ( although I saw a review say it was limited) was huge and varied, even a juice to make your own juice, prosecco if you were in the mood for a sparkling morning, fruits, meats cheeses, pancakes etc. Several types of tea and coffee, and a cook to prepare a cooked breakfast. There is nothing about breakfast that I could fault. The lobby was lovely, the lakeside was lovely suitable for families but also peacefull. You can get drinks or food at the bar and bring it to your table if you choose. Having bikes to borrow for the day was a lovely touch, . The staff at this hotel are ALL wonderful, from our first encounter with the lovely lad on reception, to anyone we enteracted with each day, they were friendly and helpful, and made our stay such a joy. The night porter who served us drinks at night as we went to bed was such a friendly and jolly man, a real joy to deal with. Over all I seldom give a hotel 10/10 but this place just did that for us. We hope to return soon, There is a fantastic walk around the lake, which we did most mornings, a complete loop, the lake is beautiful to swim in. also it's a short walk into the main town if you want to just leave the hotel. We had a car so also visited the local mountains, went to Trento and Bolzano,

Please note that smoking is allowed on the terrace. However, for non-smokers, it can become extremely uncomfortable when neighboring guests smoke heavily. In such cases, it may be difficult to spend time on the terrace or even to open the windows, as smoke and odor can easily enter the indoor space.

Aircon was restricted like most places in Italy. Weird rules in restaurant about what you can eat where. Some restaurant staff were a bit rude. Breakfast didn't look very fresh and options limited.

Amazing location, lovely spacious room, complementary bike usage was a nice touch and canoe/ paddle board hire available. Lovely pool area and restaurant.

it was extremely hot in the room and it was uncontrollable. Balcony doors lack mosquito nets. No English menu in the restaurant was offered.

Comfortable spacious room. Good air conditioning. Lovely balcony view over lake. Excellent buffet breakfast including freshly cooked omelettes and bacon. Excellent evening meal, good variety of choices on the menu. Plenty of free parking on site. Staff very friendly and informative. So good we booked a second night!

Beautiful hotel alongside a lake. Wel equipped, nice rooms with balcony. I recommend half board, perfect value for money.

The wellness area was a little neglected. We found mold in the Turkish Bath, and we never saw any staff monitoring the area for eventual needs

The bar and restaurant staff were fabulous. They catered for our every need.

The SPA is poor, the water in the pool was lukewarm but not warm as expected. The sauna was occupated by naked people, so it was impossible to enter. No jacuzzi...

The hotel has an image of a luxury hotel and it really is. The room is nice and has a really big balcony with an excellent view on the lake. The breakfast is very rich, it has a large and varied selection. Comfortable free parking on the site.

We had a family room that we understood was renovated in early 2024, however while the room was modern looking and nicely designed, it was already in need of maintenance as there were a few things broken and shabby looking, and eg the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor whenever it was used. The onsite restaurant was very handy as we didn’t need to leave the hotel to eat (easiest with the children), however the quality of the food wasn’t very high - it was fine, just don’t expect something amazing. Note that we didn’t opt for full board so we ate in the a la carte restaurant.

Wonderful hotel for families with young children. Our kids were delighted with the play room indoors and the playground outdoors. We also rented bikes through the hotel and took two day trips with the children in a trailer which was fantastic as the area is very beautiful.

The swimming pool was quite noisy and crowded (the hotel during our stay was fully booked and there were lots of children so it's understandable...).

Great location by the lake. The staff was kind and helpful. Great dinner with lakeview and wonderful breakfast. Large spa with beautiful view of the lake and the mountains, large room and balcony.
