The keys to the bedrooms and bathrooms don’t fit easily into the locks so if people are coming and going late at night or very early in the morning, it can be quite noisy. The apartment is on the 4th floor and on one of my days the lift did not work for the whole day. It wasn’t a problem for me to walk up and down the stairs but this might be an issue for an aged person or someone with mobility impairment.

The property is in a fantastic location with easy to follow self check-in instructions. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, as were the linen and towels.

The amenities are not so great and the whole apartment could use a refit and a bit more care. No kettle in the room, there was one in the apartment but no cups. No mirror.

The position it's perfect to go to the Arena and visit the center. There's also a paying parking very near. The room was big. Self check in and check out were easy enough

Not very well maintained : many equipments don't work anymore (3/4 of the electrical outlets in room n°1 ; window handle in the private bathroom). Some restoration work wouldn't be too much, in order to refresh the flat

More instruction on how to use the lift, it may have been off being stupid, but it took us until the last day to realise how it worked 😂

The room is very spacious, I had most things that you would need. The location is amazing, you are right by the arena and Juliet’s house. This was the cheapest room we stayed in, whilst being a northern Italy and it was certainly the best.

The location is perfect, centrally located in a very quiet piazza. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms clean and spacious. The check-in and check-out process are easy with clear instructions. Overall very good and one of the cheaper options in Verona.

Could have been cleaner. Communal drinking water fountain could have been refilled rather than left empty.

Location Location Location. We were sent lots of helpful information before, like bus details from the station and left luggage facilities which made our arrival much easier.

This is absolutely a budget option. The building is very dated, including the lift. Definitely recommend taking a photo of the lift emergency number to have; we didn’t have a problem, but it’s a bit rickety. It’s basically a large apartment with several bathrooms, and I don’t think there are any staff there at night. A kind of a mix of a hotel and airbnb. Additionally, there are shades on the window that we couldn’t figure out how to close, so we did wake up with the sun! The private bathroom was down the hall from our room, so we did need to go outside of the room to use it. It does lock with a key.

The location was amazing; we were attending an opera at the amphitheatre and only staying in Verona for one night, so this was the perfect location to walk just a street or two over late at night after the opera finished. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and having a private bathroom was very nice. The view from the room was lovely. Having air conditioning was amazing and much needed in August, and we appreciated the mini fridge.

My bedroom opened up onto a shared balcony which could be accessed from the main foyer. A bit of dust around. Also some broken things in the room (lightswitch, stains on desk and cloths which made it feel less clean), tv didn’t work.

Private room was quite spacious even as a single. Fantastic location for sightseeing in verona. About 25 min walk from train station.

No kitchen nearly no boiling water available, I had sole use of the only kettle, it was neither a hotel room or hostel as both would provide either a kettle in room or a kitchen to survive, it’s OK saying well we want local businesses to benefit from people staying but everybody’s budget is different, the point of hostels is for travellers with a more meagre budget !!! I think each room could be provided with a kettle & tea/coffee making facilities available! Otherwise very good .

The bathroom floor was filthy and remained so for the duration of my stay. Obviously the bathrooms were not being cleaned regularly which is not a nice thought when sharing facilities with strangers.

The rooms are exactly as pictured and are spacious. The bed is comfortable and air conditioning was very strong. really what you’re paying for is the location.

Older rooms. Shared bathroom had a tub with accordion glass pullout to convert to a half shower. It's a large bathroom (one of two) but without full enclosure, the bathroom area may get wet. Pillows were paper thin.

room not cleaned the 4 days I was there , but did see a cleaner , cleaning the shared bathrooms first two days , did not see any staff when I got message from the host , saying about keys and codes to enter the building, I was a bit worried, but it is straight forward

the hotel is in the centre of Verona , near many bars and restaurants , and not to far from the main tourist attraction my room was a bit on the small side has 4 good nights sleep if I ever came back to Verona, I would possibly stay here again

I work in construction, so I was snagging this place like there was no tomorrow! Architrave missing from around doors. Light in the ceiling, I could see the wires sticking out. There was a water heater and pump of some sort in my room, so when guests had a shower in the morning, that was my wake-up call! Also slightly insecure as my room could be accessed via a long balcony connecting to the reception.
