It would be wonderful to have access to a small fridge on the premises. It was a bit noisy some nights (weekend)as my room was above a bar, but usually finished up by midnight.

This accomodation is in a great location as it is 10mins walk to the train station and 10mins walk to the centre at Piazza Bra. It was helpful that there is a lift in the building and instructions for finding the accommodation were excellent… clear and concise. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was also great to have access to a kettle if needed. I would happily stay here again.

The smell was kind of odd and there was no water to drink. there was a little confusion with the codes for the check in, but it was solved while I had lunch at the cafe downstairs. No hair dryer on the bathroom.

Location. Very easily accessible. On a building with a lovely cafe on the street level. The price was very good

The biggest problem was the cold we spent in room 7. We couldn't control the heat in the room because it's automatic, we were very cold, the room was very cold. Another problem was the storage smell of the pillows and the warmer blanket there. We definitely got cold because we couldn't use it, horrible for those with allergies. In the larger bathroom, they needed to put a shower holder on the wall, 'and it's really hard to take a shower having to hold the shower. And the other smaller bathroom, the shower area is very small, very small.

Excellent location, large room, very spacious, one of the shared bathrooms is very large and very clean. It has great potential, owners need to pay attention to some details.

Travellers need sometimes to eat in the room so there should be at least somewhere in the facilities shared microwave shared kettle and some cups and glasses (self managed that people have to clean and put back in place themselves). That should be more welcoming. Unfortunately is the corso porta nuova very noisy at night with drunk people going back home in noisy groups but this is naturally not due to the facilities at the hotel

There is not bath soap, water . There is a little view but I can’t open the window because there is only the blackout curtains. I can’t open the outside door by my key , everytime using the pass number.

Unfortunately the pet bottles of water weren‘t refilled,but I fixed it in order to drink the tab water which is perfectly fine!

The accommodation is just a few minutes down the street to the city center. Also a parking place is only a 7min walk away and not that expensive. The bed was comfy and the contact with the owner via phone friendly and uncomplicated.

Bathrooms were quite tired and it was hard not to get the floor wet when you showered. The air-con unit was really noisy (made a rattling noise) so we had to sleep with earplugs in.

I didn’t realize it was a shared bath until after I booked. It was clean and it wasn’t a problem, but just less convenient than an en suite bathroom.

The property was misrepresented. The location link provided before arrival was incorrect, it was much farther from Juliet’s House than stated on Booking.com. There was no internet, no fridge, the room was extremely small compared to the photos, and the toilet was unusable. We had agreed with the host via WhatsApp to shorten our stay from three nights to two with a refund, but when we checked out, they refused to give it in writing and later denied the refund entirely. Communication was inconsistent and unprofessional! staff were rarely present on site, and all contact was via WhatsApp. This left us feeling unsafe and deeply concerned, as we believe we were discriminated against based on our background. It became clear they were planning to scam us, and the entire experience was extremely upsetting, dishonest, and unprofessional.

The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was initially friendly over WhatsApp. The location, while not exactly as advertised, was still within walking distance of Verona’s main attractions

A lot. I expected a fridge, once the outside temperature it was 34° at the shade. The host said, they not advertised a fridge at all. He still wanted and kept a private chat outside Booking, wich is probably unfair. He was being insistent and kept asking several times some extra money , 3,50 £ for taxes to pay for the municipality. I left 5 £ and I took picture of it. Next day before I left I wanted to drink a tea or coffee. No, this is not for tourists. Lots of empty water plastic bottles, 10 l or so, 2-3 with water but nobody changed the empties with full ones. The kettle 's fork was not matching the plugs from the wall. The plug accepted small forks, the kettle had big ones. Bathroom ok.

It was a very smoking room, with a stable smell. Dirty and wet wall under the conditioner. At the balcony two full reservoirs with conditioning water. In the bathroom there is a broken door at the shower cabin.

I was running late and tried to call the phone number the owner provided, but it was not a registered phone number. This concerned me. When I arrived at the hotel, I realized that the shared bathroom was with other guests. I thought it meant it was a shared bathroom within the room, as in a suite. I am a single woman traveling alone and do not feel comfortable sharing a bathroom with strangers. When I looked into the bathrooms they were dirty, with wet towels left on the floor. I saw one of the men guests go into one of the bathrooms in the hall and felt uncomfortable being there. I ended up finding another hotel and leaving this place. I reached out to the owners to let them know and I still have heard nothing back. I would not recommend this place.

1. No ground stuff is available, Hence, it’s critical to get access information to the “hotel” in advance. That didn’t work at all. With support from staff of the bar nearby I could contact the operator by phone to get access. 2. WLAN Is offered, however the Data rate is a little bit less than useful. I did a check with the speed radar App. The speed data is way too low for a meaningful use. 3. The air condition in the room didn’t work at all. I reached out to the operator by WhatsApp and asked for manual instructions. No response or support at all. The temperature in the room was the same as outside. 4. I understand it’s a low budget hotel, and I have no issues to share the bathroom with other guests. However The bathroom has to be clean. There was an incredible amount of mould around the bathtub, it was disgusting. I’m sorry that I have to say that, but that’s not acceptable. If needed, I’m happy to share some pics. I took.

The location is excellent. A five minute walk to the city center. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.

AC didn’t turn on in my room (it was on in the hall though so maybe the batteries were dead on the remote?)

It was close to the main square and bus station so good location wise. Also was very clean and got fast responses from them.
