How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Very well located, a few steps away from the lake and the restaurants. The appartement is very functional, nicely decorated and specious. The owners are very friendly and gave us a lot of tips.

Cant think of any. Everything is perfect.
Clean and cozy with great hospitality. Well-equipped kitchen and a wide variety of breakfast. We had enjoyed our stay here. Strongly recommend it.

Location was ideal 5mins from como lago Station, 25min from como san giovanni. 5 min walk to lake. Host was so lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great cereals fruit yogurts pastry all provided . Access to kitchen at all times was so helpful

Just one small criticism, we were there 3 nights an extra bath towel would been great, but apart from that there wasn't anything else to complain about
Close to train station, buses and the lake all 5 min walk, the cathedral 10 min walk, lots of restaurants near by. The rooms spotless clean and a good choices for breakfast

The central water boiler was in our room and it was a bit disturbing. It was operating anytime when other residence using the hot water during night and early morning.
Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Easy check-in and checkout. Parking availability.

I would like to have something fresh for breakfast, vegetables, cheese, ham etc. We had Juice, yoghurt, sweet croissants and many many different muffins and pasteries. Also fruits were available.
It's in very good location. Room was really nice and clean, private parking was available for extra 15€ charge. Owners are very kind and friendly. Place is really great🙂

The property is very well located - 5 min walk from Como Lago train station and 10 min walk to ferries station. The apartment was specious, very clean and quite. It looks exactly like in the pictures. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The bathroom had all needed amenities. There is a shared kitchen at the property which is well equipped. In there, the breakfast is served. If needed, the luggage can be left at the property after checkout. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Great value for the money!

There light entered easily inside the room in the morning, needed a kind of isolation. But all of the rest is good and even better than an expensive hotel.
Everything is clean and neat with all the facilities you need for your stay. The room is large with a noce bathroom.The place is cosy and very close to the lake. The parking for the car is good and safe. Breakfast was good with a coffee machine always available. Federica is a very nice, welcoming and a helpful person.

Fantastic location, lovely unit with everything you need and more . Very clean and well maintained and very comfortable. Far better option than hotel. Breakfast and snacks were great and hosts are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful.

A hidden gem in Como city center. Federica and her mum were very helpful with everything. The location is great, newly renovated, clean and very well equipped. Unfortunately my stay was only one night. Next time this location will be my best choice. 👍🏾

The breakfast was tasty. The room and bathroom were clean and large. The staff are very attentive and kind. The Como's lake is close to the B&B. The lake is wonderful and there are many places to visit around the B&B.

The water boiler in the room can get noisy but only in the morning/ early evening. It didn’t bother us to sleep
Federica was super welcoming, had snacks for us upon arrival and brought fresh baked goods for breakfast. Room, kitchen (shared with one other room), and bathroom were pristine. Location perfect with convenient parking for just 15€ extra (parking in Como’s center is a nightmare!)

The water heating boiler in the room was really noisy- we were lucky , the guests from other flat have not used the hot water during night . The room is a bit dark, especially when the wheather is cloudy.
Great location - just 5 minutes to the center and promenade , great hosts- really warm welcome You can buy parking lot for 15 EUR day , The room was clean . Breakfast was good , with fresh pastry and croissants. We can really recommend to stay in the facility .

There’s a water pipe going through the ceiling of the room and it’s very noisy when someone’s using the sink or the shower in the facility (not only in the room itself)
