The 5beds room in photos looks bigger. it was quite small. The furniture is not very good quality. No place to keep your clothes, no shelves or wardrobe. It is not very good place to rest and feel comfortable after whole day sightseeing... Not a place to stay and relax. Literally only if you take it as a sleeping place, and whole day you stay outside.

The host was friendly, though delay on answering questions before coming, but by the end, easy to deal with the guys. The cleaning service was there every day in the morning. Cleanliness of the place over all was not so bad. But surrounding outside is just close to the termini, so there are some people with different life challenges. But nobody ever disturbed us while passing by in and out from the property. Location itself is very good, if we talk about transport connections... Everything is in hand.

Negative: - No proper instruction given about the elevator (it won’t move unless the inner doors are also closed; someone didn’t close it on our last day and we had to bring our suitcases down the stairs) - Hot water did not last long—if it ever came - Immediate area outside the entrance was a tight space where lots of people where standing around; we couldn’t hear the instructions given on the intercom when they buzzed us in because people kept walking between us and the doorway (even though we were standing right in front of it)

The shower was missing a proper showerhead, leaving only a tube that alternated unpredictably between scalding hot and freezing cold water. To make matters worse, the drain was clogged, causing the water to pool rapidly and rise to ankle level—standing in dirty water was beyond unpleasant. The entire room had a stale, unpleasant odor and appeared unclean, so we opted to sleep fully dressed to avoid direct contact with the bedding.

Very close to Termini but the area is not nice.

I woke up after the first night full of bug bites, I think I had 100 only on my hand, it's been a week almost and they didn't heal and is safe to say that my vacation was ruined by this. I don't recommend at all, for your own good, don't go there.

Bed bugs caused my son big bumps, Water was not available during night and in morning, While checking in on second floor hotel staff was not available(So had to wait for more than 45 minutes on different hotel floors, Lift did not work for 2 days out of 3 days stay so had to climb up and down with heavy bags and most importantly my payment I had to make using my Cash rather than what I have paid online for which I had receipt from Priceline and Booking.com. I do not understand why Priceline and Booking.com allows such a hotels for making their customer's travel life so terrible. We travel from other countries, tired most of the time because of travel and site seeing.

Someone decide to knock at my door at 04:00 am asking if I could share my bathroom ( was staying in a suit with personal bathroom). Also, everything was very dirty. Had to book another place.

The worst hotel experience in my life, the offer is completely deceptive, there is no hotel, but there are dirty rooms that are not air conditioned and there is no water between two and five in the morning, no towels, no accommodation, or anything else. Beware everyone not to fall into this scam trap.

There is bed bugs, mold on mattress, notified the cleaning guy and he said he would contact the manager and than he left an no one came back. I want a full refund !!
