Nice location free breakfast and room was quite spacious.

I loved the communal spaces where I could meet others and chat, especially at the breakfast table. Breakfast was provided and it was delicious. I also hear they have a weekly dinner together but I missed it during my stay. Nevertheless, I met people I could chat with and even have dinner out with. Dominique was very friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms were kept clean though the shower may have been slightly blocked on my last day that it hindered the flow. This only happened once in my 5-day stay.

Friendly hostel for the solo traveller.

The shared evening meal was a nice change from all yhe lonely meals I've had this trip. I would absolutely recommend it.

AMAZING!! Super cozy vibes, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hosts were VERY kind and welcoming. Genuinely felt like I was at a friend's home instead of a hostel.

Great little bohemian in character hostel in central Bologna. Decent continental breakfast. Friendly, smiling, helpful staff. Good security. Great value.

Not the hostel’s fault but certain people in my dorm were extremely noisy and inconsiderate while people are sleeping very late at night or early in the morning. Some people have zero self-awareness or thought for others.

Comfortable and welcoming, lovely atmosphere and service

The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The rooms and common rooms were very cosy and welcoming.

The only downside was that the room I stayed in was quite hot, but they explained it was due to a deep clean they had recently done in that room.

The location was great, very convenient to explore Bologna. The rooms and beds were super comfortable, making the stay pleasant. The breakfast was a nice bonus and helped start the day well

On the downside, the hostel lacks sufficient common spaces. It’s not ideal for people who need to work on a laptop because the only available table is in the kitchen, which usually isn’t free until after 11 a.m. Until then, you have to work sitting on a sofa, which isn’t very comfortable for long periods. Also, the cleanliness of common areas like the fridge was poor, and it had a very unpleasant smell

The plugs in the beds are wiggly

Location is excellent and the staff are super friendly, polite and helpful at all times. Breakfast options are decent too!

The curtains near the bed are too small and hardly cover any area to provide privacy. The stairs to get on the upper bunk bed are tricky to navigate, especially in the dark.

This hostel is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at! It’s not too big, so it feels really homey. Best of all, the hostel included a small breakfast, where you could simultaneously meet fellow travellers over a cup of coffee. Everything was clean, and the wifi was good! Most of all, the hostel has a really big community, and organises activities like a shared dinner. This hostel is amazing if you are travelling alone to Bologna and want to meet new people, with whom you can explore the city together! The beds in the dorms are also great, they are really big and you even have some space to put your stuff, in addition to a locker.

The airconditioning in the dorms sometimes switched off at night, after which it sometimes got really hot in the room, and the air got really bad with 8 people in the room, making it difficult to sleep. Also, the hostel “only” had 3 bathrooms, with one sink out of order, so sometimes during busy times you have to wait a little.
