Very noisy neighbours by night. In my opinion the are is not suitable for families. The "breakfast" is offered in a not so nearby coffe shop and it wasn't friendly having us. We never saw anyone as they send you a QR code to open. There are automatic sensor lights in the room that wake up everyone when one person goes to the bathroom.

The first entrance to the apartment is quite dodgy. Feels like playing in an escape room but the apartment itself is pure luxury!

Everything you might ask for and even more with an everyday maintenance of the apartment. The best spot to stay right on top of the main pedestrian zone and in the center of action at night.

Perfect location, in walking distance near all the sights. Friendly staff Riccardo that were very helpful and the cleaning lady worked very hard. Newly renovated very nice & modern & old and ancient right outside my door. Loved it. I would stay there again.

The location was perfect! It was right in the middle of everything, yet somehow stayed quiet inside. We could walk anywhere from the stay. The entrance is on a busy street surrounded by restaurants & shops. The AC was a dream, as it was exceptionally hot while we were there. The building felt very safe & the room was large & comfortable. They even allowed us to keep our luggage in the building while we explored on our last day. The breakfast at a nearby cafe was yummy as well. They offered a pastry & a coffee or cappuccino for each of us. I would definitely stay here again.

Modern comfortable & well equipped rooms, great shower, & comfortable mattress. Despite windows on a busy street blackout shutters & double pane windows pretty much eliminate street noise. Breakfast coupons at an excellent place for pastry & coffee. Easy communication with host.

The room is very, spacious, modern and clean, it has everything you need! Especially the bathroom was very nice. It is located on the main street of Palermo, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. It is a lively neighborhood, but because of the soundproof windows you barely hear any noise. The breakfast tickets, that you can exchange for breakfast in a cafe nearby, were a very nice extra. The host (Riccardo) was amazing! He was super friendly, helpful and spoke English very well. He was the best host we’ve had during our holiday in Sicily. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We spent 7 days in this beautiful apartment. Everything about it is great! The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The room is comfortable, clean, with all the useful details for guests. Towels, hotel slippers, shampoo, body lotion.. Thanks again for the wonderful apartment and a wonderful time in Palermo.

A minor inconvenience is that the room is up a flight of stairs and there is no elevator. This could be a problem for older people with luggage but Ricardo would have helped.

The location was superb. We were right on the main tourist street, yet the soundproof was excellent. The staff was very helpful and the room was one of the best I have ever stayed in.

Riccardo was extremely helpful even before we arrived, providing clear and practical information on how to get to the apartment from Palermo Airport. The fare he recommended was reasonable, and his insights about Palermo and the neighborhood around the apartment were incredibly helpful. The property is newly opened (just this year in 2025), but it’s already run with the professionalism of a long-established hotel. Our bedroom and bathroom were spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully lit — it truly felt like a 5-star stay. The apartment is inside a 200-year-old building, but everything inside is modern, stylish, and comfortable. There’s a well-equipped shared kitchen, though with so many restaurants nearby, we barely used it! The location couldn’t be more strategic — it’s right on the main street, just a few steps from the iconic Quattro Canti, with shops, cafes, and major Palermo attractions all around you. At night, we appreciated the electric metal window shutters that completely blocked out street noise, allowing for a quiet and restful sleep despite being in the lively heart of the city. If you’re staying in the center of Palermo, I highly recommend B&B Quattro Canti Deluxe — it’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warm Sicilian hospitality.

The street may be a little too busy and overwhelming for some.

Extremely well appointed, modern and large rooms. Super comfy bed and pillows. Location could not be more central, just a few steps from Quattro Canti on a busy pedestrian street with bars and restaurants. Riccardo our host is an amazing young man.

The location is in the heart of the historical centre. Although located there, hardly any noise is heard in the room. Room is very nice, modern and clean. Communication with the host was smooth (whatsapp) and code for entering was convenient

Very spacious and well designed. It sits in the centre but the window is well soundproof. However, the network is not good. The TV remoter does not work well.

The noise from the other rooms and the people that were staying there from other rooms were at the lounge area at midnight and it was imposible to sleep.

The ground floor of the building where the facility was located wasn’t so clean but once we got on the floor where the hotel was located I was spotless, modern and truly deluxe.
