Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We arrived 45 minutes earlier and needed to wait for 2PM although no one was cleaning the room - Draining in the sink was blocked, thus it was extremely slow - Slight opening in the shower cabin

United StatesI found it difficult to get transport to and from the train station. The bus did not come on schedule and the taxis were only available at the taxi stand which was far to walk with big suitcases. Also a picture of the front door would be helpful when trying to find the location #8. I also did not like that there was construction in the building at 7:30 in the morning. Since the streets do not get quiet until midnight 12am, we wanted to sleep in the morning, but there were workers in the building using drills and jackhammers at 7:30! I would also have loved a coffee maker in the room- like a nespresso machine or a keurig. Overall I loved my stay and would come again!
I loved the location most and the view over the street so we could see the people walking by and hear the music at night. I loved the modern and clean bathroom and windows that open. I loved the mini split AC but we had i difficulty keeping it on. Often it would turn off after 5 minutes or when one of us opened the door. It was not a big problem, but maybe leaving instructions would be helpful. My daughter loved the LED lights around the tv and the bed! I did not understand how to use them but my daughter changed the colors every night!

United StatesAll digital- no staff onsite. Not the hotel’s fault, but the electricity was out on the entire block. The management was not available to let us in with a key( because all locks electronic/digital). After power returned, she did provide us with a code, but no room number. It was several hours before we received our room number via email. Personal choice, but prefer staff onsite. Also, on the 5th floor. Since elevator not operational, had to carry luggage up 5 floors.
