No a/c unit in single room, but if you leave the door open to the lounge that works.

There were excellent, clear instructions from the owner. The apartments were in a perfect location with excellent views and there was a balcony perfect for coffee in the morning. I really appreciated the excellent air conditioning as we were there in August.

We absolutely loved our stay at Domus Plaza! Right in the heart of the city, with a breathtaking view of the Duomo – truly picture-perfect. The beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was great, and having coffee and tea available was a nice touch. We couldn’t have wished for a better place. Highly recommended!

There is no place to leave your suitcase after check-out for free. You have to pay 10 EUR to rent a locker. This is not a complaint against the property, just a fact that was a bit annoying. :) The bathroom/shower could have felt cleaner.

Location is very good and practical. You can see the Duomo from your window. It's centrally located and a good value for money. We only stayed one night and therefore our experience was too short to give more information. :) Communication with the staff was easy and they were very friendly!

I had to haul my luggage up three flights of steep narrow stairs. Information about where and how to store my luggage after check out but before departure did not come promptly or sufficiently clear.

Excellent location next to Duomo square. The room was very basic but clean. The instructions to enter the building and access my room were clear and easy to follow.

Nothing. The stairs are a lot if you have heavy bags, but the view isn’t possible without them.

Location is perfect 🤩 The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Alessandro was always in touch and thanks to this the check-in was as comfortable as possible. In the morning I was pleased with the view from the window Thanks a lot 🤍

The stairs were the only downside, but that is expected almost everywhere.

The position was brilliant easy to access and walk to and from places. The view from both bedrooms brilliant.

No washer/dryer. Had to pay taxes in cash at checkout which was a little inconvenient. 5 or so flights of stairs with multiple bags and no elevator was a little annoying and challenging.

Great location with amazing view of Domus. Nice amenities. I would recommend this place to others. Comfy bed and A/C.

Everything was nice, and everything you need is there. I guess if I had to say anything negative it would be to have some sort of curtain for the shower because the water sprays outside of the shower with no door. But this is a very minor inconvenience.

The stairs made it tricky to get the bags to our room, but I guess that is a tradeoff for the amazing location. Only negative was that the second bedroom didn't have its own AC - solved this by leaving the door to the main area open.

The location was incredible! The unit is well cared for an the beds were comfortable. But the location....wow!!

Location is amazing, the view from our window was stunning. Central to all of the main tourist areas. The hosts reached out beforehand and let us know everything we needed to know to get settled. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. You do need to climb stairs.

Stayed on the top floor with a terrace. Lots of stairs to climb, as no lift. More stairs up to your terrace.

Great location. Host had everything covered for our stay.
