Some daily complimentary items such as tea, coffee , sugar satchels, body soaps, bin bags, etc would have completed what otherwise can only be described as perfect!

Personally, did like to have to take the garbage out around the corner to the dumpsters, but it is what it is :)

This place is an a boulevard, so no cars around which is great, it is indeed a VERY good location, there is a supermarket across the street and places to eat close by. there are also some Metro stations and the Vatican is REALLY close, actually we get to visit it VERY early and we don't have to wake up that early to get there, is like 5minutes walk. The apartment has everything you need, very nice place. and the communication with the host was also great!

Kitchen facilities were not bad, but some electrical appliances didn't feel safe to use: a faulty socket, an old toaster. On arrival we felt a bit disappointed that there was not a proper washing-up kit, no sponge, nothing to wipe table surface, a coffee jar was almost empty, as if it was someone's leftover, in the bathroom we only found four very slim toilet rolls which only lasted 3 days out of our 6 nights, so we had to buy some more. These are only small things, but they made us feel less welcome on arrival than we had expected.

Great location, a stylish building, 7 min walk from Vatican city, 3 min walk to metro station, 15 min walk to Shuttle bus stop to airport. Spacious apartment, 2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds, good dining area.

The location of the apartment was very convenient. There was more than enough space for 4 adults inside. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. The apartment facilities worked flawlessly.

Everything was perfect.

The apartament is situated in the beautiful building, 5 mins from St. Peters Square! Very spacious and comfortable, furnished with the taste. Two bathrooms is a huge advantage.

WiFi appeared to be quite slow and not fast enough to watch for Netflix on smart TV without lagging. Advertised toiletries but no hand soap or shampoo upon arrival - not a big problem as there was a shop across the road.

Check in was easy with regular communication. Great location, clean and comfortable. Liked having two bathrooms!

A very small thing, we had to empty the bins and so some information on the nearest bins and recycling (especially glass bottle recycling) would have been useful.

This was a lovely apartment with plenty of room, very clean and had everything we needed. Our hosts were very friendly and we were given lots of great tips on where to eat and places to visit. The bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival was very much appreciated and a lovely touch. We would highly recommend.

The facilities like Toiletries were of substandard quality. The hand wash soap and the shampoo bottles provided were diluted with water. There was no cleaning service during our stay of 3 nights/4 days stay. DISAPPOINTED

Communication was terrible. We had agreed admission time to the apartment before leaving England, that was changed on the day of our arrival. We then had to wait almost one and a half hours for the agent to arrive - not a good start. Locks on the apartment building and the apartment door were both difficult/faulty. We were warned by the agent that the lower door was "difficult" why could it not be fixed? We were unaware that the road is under construction so is closed to traffic - made calling a taxi difficult. One bathroom had no sink plug, bedside lamp in twin bedroom faulty.

The location is perfect, Vatican and metro easily accessible. Shops/supermarket easily accessible for groceries. Good choice of restaurants close by. Recommend ROMA L'ISOLA DELLA PIZZA, great food and atmosphere (closed on Wednesday) Busy area but quiet for sleeping

Excellent location when visiting the Vatican. We just walked on Via Ottaviano and it led us straight to St Peter’s Square and the Basilica.
