10 digit code to get into main door leading to apartment. Excellent security feature but 4-6 digit code would be better.

Great location, a minute away from Trevi Fountain. Walking distance to most attractions. Host very welcoming, quick to respond to all enquiries. Felt very safe.

The check in process was a little rocky. When you get there, there is no directions telling you where to go or how to get any assistance. We had to ask for help from people who had limited English comprehension, so a little more in the way of directions on where to go once you enter the building would be a strong recommendation.

The location was the best! Steps away from the Trevii Fountain simply couldn't be beat! The woman that was there to try to help, prepared our brakfast carts, and gave us as much information as she could was very pleasant and friendly. We all appreciated her willingness to do whatever she could to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed.

Our minibar wasn't working very well and the A/C took long to get the room cold.

The location is great. Very close to the Trevi Fountain and you can go to a lot turistic places walking.

It was still a little warm in the room even with the A/C on low. It is the middle of summer so we expected some conditions like that.

Great facilities. Excellent communication from staff. Was greeted by staff to show us around. They helped set up our airport transfers. Location is amazing. We only had a half day in Rome and were able to cover a lot of ground! Very easy for my mother to get around. We were happy to have the elevators so my mom didn’t have to do the stairs!

This facility is 1/2 block from the Trevi Fountain and centrally located making it easy to walk to many of the other points of interest like the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps. Rita greeted me upon arrival, made sure I was all set and was very helpful.

I’m not a fan of self check-in and checkout when I’m traveling alone with my son, especially because it’s a small hotel, but still a hotel, but thankfully they accommodated my needs and someone was there to check us in and out. I was very grateful.

I loved the location since it was my first time visiting Rome with my autistic son. We did a lot of walking. Trevis Fountain was literally around the corner when you step outside the building. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and it was very nice to have it in the room every day. We had a great room too, very spacious which was perfect for my son. Can’t wait to be back.

Electronic door lock as well as 2 keys was annoying. Good in theory but juggling everything along with shopping to get in was a nuisance. Plus after a day out using my phone for navigation and audio guides had anxiety that would have no battery life left to unlock the door.

Very quiet with the sound of birds when window open. Escape the noise of the street but only 30 seconds from the Trevi Fountain. Lovely hostess (Rita) who didn’t mind my clumsy attempts at Italian 😊😏 Breakfast options were varied and soy milk request was met easily - thank you.

We have a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect 1 minute from Trevi Fountain. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay.

I did not like the locking system on the front door to the apartments. I was provided a key to our room and a key for the main front door downstairs. But the door to the apartments is a strange electronic device that you need to put a long code in or use your phone to unlock. It was sometimes temperamental and on the occasions it worked straight away you have to be quick to turn the handle and push the door open. The edge of the door frame then scrapped the skin off my finger over four times. Very painful!

I thought the location was exceptional. It is literally a 15 second walk to the Trevi fountain. I visited with my aunt who struggles to walk long distances. But we managed to walk to all the main attractions bar the Vatican with no problems. The Spanish steps are a very short walk from here and walking to the Colosseum doesn't take long either. I'm so glad I found this place on booking.com. And if I visit Rome again I would definitely stay here. The price was very fair also.

We couldn’t have wished for a better location, so close to the Trevi fountain, you’re right in the centre to walk to most of the places you might want to visit. The communication from the hosts was excellent and they responded really quickly when we needed to ask a question. My only complaint was that we hadn’t understood breakfast would be left in the room for us. It’s not the biggest of rooms and not much choice on seating, it wasn’t a leisurely breakfast! But, the lady looking after the rooms, we really accommodating and switched a few things around so the food was more to our taste. Oh and the room we has was lovely and quiet too, which surprised me being so close to the busy bars and restaurants.

The complicated entry was a bit annoying. There was no wifi on the 3 days we were there. They said it was the internet provider.

Location was great. Room nice and well equipped. Nice new bathroom and good shower. The best thing was Rita who was lovely and helpful.
