Comfortable bed, the owner even took care to ask what kind of setting we would prefer. Room is very nice and amazingly clean. There is a coffee set and a fridge to keep some snacks in the room.

Amazing location. Very close to Colloseum, close to Basilica Papale. Walking distance from many Monuments. Albo close to the metro station if you're not a fan of walking. Mrs. Diana is simply amazing. She is very welcoming and cares a lot about the guest. Gives many interesting ideas for sightseeing and amazing tips. Thanks to her we even got to see the Pope in person, during CorpusDei procession.

It would be better to state clearly on the website that there is a late check in fee, as this was a surprise after making the booking, and I couldn't see anywhere on the booking.com website. If I had know this in advance, I would still have booked, but it would have managed my expectations better instead of finding out later.

Staff were amazing. Kiko was so helpful from the first moment of contact. We were made to feel very welcome and we also got lots of recommendations on where to go to eat, what to see, all highlighted for us on a map. Shower was great, beds comfortable, excellent air-conditioning. Perfect location, walking distance from the Termini station, just down the road from the Santa Maria Maggiore basilica, and a short walk to the Colosseum.

Super helpful owners, the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. Fresh soft towels made the stay amazing. The location is very neat, as it is close to bus stop, close to Colosseum and close to Termini station. The wardrobe to store clothing was spacious enough.

Checkin is subject to extra payment if after 8pm (granted it was mentioned on the website no checkin after that time) but limiting when you depend on flight hours. No breakfast which is strange for a B&B.

The internet connection was not great but it could be because we visited Rome during a very busy time. Just something to consider if you need to work remotely.

We loved the location of hotel, situated right on the city center and close to everything by foot. There are tons of restaurants, bars, cafes and super markets close by and it is easily accessible by airport shuttle or Uber. Termini station is also close but we had big luggage and opted for a taxi. Diana was a super kind host who took the time to show us around and mapped everything out for us knowing our time constraints. At the end of our stay Diana even let us store our luggage while we explored the city for a few hours before catching the train. The room itself was beautiful and spacious with a wonderful little balcony. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. We loved that the building had an elevator as my mom was a senior. The cherry on top was the park closeby suggested by Diana that has spectacular views of the Colosseum, which is just a short walk away from the hotel. Thank you Diana for a great stay!

The only downside was that the curtains are sheer which makes it hard to sleep as the room is not dark at night. This is an easy fix and would make a big difference. Besides this everything was perfect.

This was a great place to stay in Rome. It was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. Diana our host was lovely and gave us lots of great advice about visiting attractions and was very welcoming and attentive. It was a great apartment with only a 10 minute walk to train station and colosseum, and a very manageable walk to other attractions.

First point is the location. A short walk from Termini station. Also very close to the Colosseum and Metro stations. As well, some great dining options like Trattoria Vecchia Roma. Coffee, bakery and supermarkets all very close. We were greeted warmly and the support staff were excellent. The room was well appointed, clean, quiet and bed comfortable. Shower was excellent. We overpacked so counter space was a little tight, however that was our own creation. A fantastic choice for a stay in rome
