Erminia was an excellent host and very accommodating . She also provided delicious home made cakes each day. The apartment is in an excellent location with links to the airport on the same street . It's tastefully decorated and comfortable and everything was spotless . Would highly recommend this property .

This is a very minor issue: the key door lock to room was a bit fiddly - one just needs a bit of patience :-) Just wish I could have stayed longer to discover more of Rome's magic.

Erminia provided great communication and care. She provided comprehensive instructions on how to get from Rome's train station by bus and provided a friendly welcome/ orientation. As a solo woman travelling, it was also assuring to know that I could contact Erminia via WhatsApp if I ever needed to. This guesthouse books out quickly (understandably), so when I came to extend my stay I needed to book a different room type due to limited availability. Erminia however made every effort to negate the need to room move mid-stay, which was greatly appreciated and allowed me to maximise my short time in this incredible city. Guestroom was very clean, comfortable with modern decor and is set in a grand old building that is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. I was spoilt with a continental breakfast each day which included an incredible slice of Erminia's homemade cake - yum!! Erminia should seriously open a bakery - it was so good! SITBus Airport shuttle (Vatican Stop) and several supermarkets are within an easy 5-10min walk. The well-equipped kitchenette with guest fridge was handy. Loved the ability to open the large bedroom windows at night to let in fresh air...and to be able to hear the buzz of Rome in the morning from the streets below. Location wise numerous attractions are within a 20 minute walk. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

I can't think of anything negative - it was a really pleasant stay.

The place is very clean and peaceful, which made our stay truly relaxing. There was a bus stop nearby that made it easy to go back to the airport.

The accommodation was in an excellent location. Very close to the Vatican and close to the city center. Erminia is a very kind hostess and willing to serve you. Every day there was coffee, cake and various other things for breakfast and the room was spotlessly clean with daily cleaning. We had a great time.

Could be a little noisy when washing machine in adjoining apartment was spinning but didn’t last long.

The location was fantastic, easy to get to from airport with shuttle bus stopping about 50 meters from the front door. 10 mins from metro and buses near by. Close to shops and restaurants. Host was friendly and very helpful, homemade fruit tart was very nice. The room was en-suite, plenty of room and very clean. The communal area with kitchenette was a great bonus.

Erminia is the most gracious host I've ever encountered through bookings on booking.com. She is extremely accommodating and thoughtful towards her guests. The care she has put into the upkeep and maintenance of the property comes through. She had left tiny trinkets in the room, including her home-baked cake. Something totally unexpected. She is the most wonderful and generous host. Thank you, Erminia, for making our stay so wonderful.

Excellent stay at this property. Close to airport transfer, comfortable beds and spacious room and nice home-made breakfast. Erminia is a great host, who helped making our trip better with good recomnendations about restaurants, etc. We strongly recomnend Domus Crescenzio!

Erminia is the best hostess, we really appreciated her friendliness and the fresh cakes left for us for breakfast every morning! There's a communal fridge for small items which is very useful, too. The room was simple and clean (cleaned every day) and furnished with everything necessary. There are black out curtains for the big windows. Our room faced the street and you could hear the traffic noise - not a big deal for us, but one could ask for a room facing the other way before booking. Central and convenient location (bus from free airport stops close by), most things within walking distance but the bus network also worked great for us. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

One of the most pleasant stays we had in a long time. Thank you! <3 + This apartment is simply amazing! It's in beautiful part of the city, clean and the host is the best! She welcomed us and showed us everything we asked. Cleaning is everyday, you can also use kitchen in which you have free coffee, tea, bottled water, cookies... We liked it very very much and we will come again!

Loved this property, well equipped, delicious coffee and homemade cakes for breakfast. This property had lots of little things to make your stay easier, much as maps and charging adapters in the reception area. The room was modern and super clean. Our flight was delayed by several hours but our host was very kind and kept in contact with us, greeting us warmly upon arrival. Thank you so much 😊
