kind of uncomfortable, toilet was strangely huge - I could not reach the floor sitting on it. everything was a bit old and rusted, etc. if you only sleep here you can stay here. but it's not a real 3 star.

Bathrooms are old so slow plumbing but did the job!

Room was clean and comfortable. Good location, off a quiet street a 5-10 minute walk into the busy area of town. No one working at the Domus, they gave a key card to get into the building and room from reception directly across the street & one building down but I didn’t mind it made coming and going quiet and easy. Breakfast across the way was good. Staff there was very nice. Big elevator & multiple outlets. Working AC in the room too! Would definitely stay again.

Towels smelt like vinegar Shampoo and body wash was not enough, too many soaps though After housekeeping, the bed smelt like cigarette, we had to spray perfume to neutralise the smell.

The hotel is kind of old and you can see that especially in the bathroom. The shower was clean, but you could see the wearing on the shower hose and the doors didn’t close completely.

Location was perfect and breakfast at the hotel across the street really good. I liked the vintage look of the room. You have air conditioning that comes useful in the summer.

Interior is old and looks terrible. The room was dark and heavy. This hotel has no staff. Near the hotel is another hotel that makea chek-in procedures but the administrator wasnt very friendly.

Location is amazing, if you want to walk arround all the Venice. Breakfast was fine. Perfect for one night.

Get rid of tye miserable young lady on reception (17th June 2pm) and instead get her to swap jobs with any breakfast or housekeeping staff as any of them could do a better job !!

The sign of hotel name was completely invisible - on old A4 paper in window. Towels were missing in room - so have to go to other building to ask at reception.

The check in was in a different location and there was no staff in the actual building we were staying. The heating was broken and not fixed despite us asking. Some of the drawers were broken and the bed was very uncomfortable

Really small room , quite dark and closed in but the bathroom was spacious and light with fresh air and windows that opened that balanced out the small room .

Loved the location , loved the world of Venice . Convenient easy to find location . I enjoyed the privacy , it's just a door on the street with a code and you enter a world of old magnificence of a by gone era . There's no one to bother , you just make your own way to the room . The reception is actually in a building on the opposite side of the street , where the breakfast is also .
