Very charming, spacious rooms. Bosa is an enchanting town, and everyone we encountered was very friendly. Carmen was a lovely hostess as well. Parking and finding the place was a bit challenging, but all worked out pretty quickly. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful room with glasses and beautiful cups and saucers. The owner thought of everything and the kettle and coffee maker was a great addition

We are in our seventies and the stairs nearly killed us. In the summer heat it was a huge factor. The stairs are dangerous..so be careful. The place was dreadfully difficult to find and with luggage forget it ..

Located in the heart of the old town. Amazing roof top to soak in the atmosphere.

The position was lovely in the old town . The guest house is in an old Bosa building so it felt very authentic to the town . Carmen , the host was very responsive to all requests and was quick to help troubleshoot any issues. The room was large and reasonably comfortable, and the little rooftop terrece was pleasant in the evenings when cooler.

We were on the third floor and the stairs were steep . It was a bit of a struggle with suitcases and of course you can’t park in the old town so you must carry / drag them from some distance. The balcony in the photo is up very steep stairs and thus not as amenable as if it was accessible directly from the room .

Room was beautifully decorated and located in a great area, right in a centre of Bosa. The host was very friendly and when any problems occurred she resolved them immediately. Couldn't ask for more, we had a wonderful stay.

Great location, friendly staff. Very nicely decorated.

Not very soundproof. Ok if no one is making noise upstairs/on the street! It didn't impact our enjoyment but worth noting if you're sensitive to noise!

We thought the apartment was charming, and in a very authentic location. We had everything we needed. Carmen was very kind to show us some easy ways to get around – after that we were on a roll. We thought Bosa was delightful. There is a gorgeous beach about 7 miles away that is definitely worth a look, called S’Archittu. Bosa should definitely be on your list of places to visit.

Cozy accommodation in the center of the historic city. Clean room with small snacks. Very helpful owner. The city must be beautiful in the season when it is more lively.

Carmen is a beautiful host. Demo ‘e s rosa is a charming guesthouse and the rooms are simply beautiful, with a comfortable bed, lovely facilities and super clean. The top floor room is worth the steps as are the additional steps from the room to the terrace with beautiful views across Bosa and the castle. Perfect. Pack light if you can as many of Sardinia’s guesthouses / casa’s are only accessible via steps. That’s the only thing we would do differently. Carmen very kindly permitted us early check in (we were travelling round Sardinia via public transport) and this was very much appreciated particularly to have the luggage in the room and all communications were clear, prompt and helpful. Bosa is beautiful and we were blessed with good weather despite travelling out of season. Carmen gave recommendations for food / restaurants. The bus route was disrupted on the day we were due to check out, Carmens husband very kindly took us to the bus station after they had checked what was happening and spoke with the staff at the bus depot to ensure all went smoothly. How very kind and above and beyond. We couldn’t recommend the guesthouse more highly and would encourage anyone thinking about booking to do so. Whilst breakfast wasn’t provided, there were complementary snacks which were appreciated. Bosa is beautiful, do visit.

Charming guesthouse in impossibly charming Bosa. Even in low season. Host was super nice. Our terrace had castle views.

Should you have mobility or accessibility needs, beware this property requires ability to climb steps.

Location is great. Coffee and small breakfast snack is provided. Very stylish place located in the heart of the city.

Check in procedure. It ended up being “self check in” which worked ok, but also took app. 40 messages in Italian to work through. Would have been nice to meet the host for parking information, tourist tax, local guidance etc. Host wasn’t present on check out either.
