The bathroom could have been cleaner, not nice to find a lot of hair on the floor.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room and good breakfast buffet with lots of options. Nice location with views of the mountains. Big plus for including the BrixenCard with free access to the region’s cable cars and museums, as well as public transport.

We liked everything, only some very minor stuff we could complain above, and that would be pillows that could be a bit more comfortable, and water was hard to adjust to proper temperature in the shower. Apart from that, ideal hotel for spending a week skiing in Italy.

We loved it, thanks to owners and staff for a pleasant stay! We will book this hotel again, definitely. Ski bus stop right in front of the hotel, there is also a locker room for ski equipment in the hotel with warm air poles for ski shoes and gloves. Nice spa with three saunas, very kind and helping personnel. Two sinks in the bathroom, and large spacious room in general. Dinner in the hotel were also very good and not too expensive.

The Hotel is absolutley awesome, they have a really nice roof top pool where you can relax and enjoy the view. The staff is really nice and they really try to make everything so you can enjoy your stay. In the morning, there is a beautiful breakfast,they offer something for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay

The rooms were boiling hot, it was extremely hard to get to sleep - even with 2 fans going and trying to experiment with opening and closing windows. (We stayed over 3 nights with varying temperatures outside - it was always cooler in the hallway and lobby than our room) This stay, for us, is not suitable for the warmer months when it comes to sleeping comfortably after a day of hiking and bike riding. The rooms design also makes for easy knocks on the head because it is small with low ceiling areas at various points such as next to the bed side table. Parking is not free (as we expected) 12 euros a day.

Staff were lovely, pool and spa were great. Good location for alpe de suiisi and seceda and Val Di Funes.

Superb location next to the city center but still not a problem with noise... ( you can hear river all night long ) Friendly host, clean, comfy room, very nice spa area, outside and inside pool, open bar and private covered parking space for motorcycles... Great place for the Italian dolomites trip...

Too expensive for what it offers. In the SPA area was very cold, water in the Jacuzzi and Pool also very, very cold. The Hotel need to be renovated, from elevator to carpets, to almost everything except the SPA -area. The room that they gave us was very small, poor funitured and that inspide the fact the the Hotel was not even half full. The room image in the presentation had nothing to do with the small, poor room that we had. Not even a electrical device to boil some water for Tee. No possibility to charge the phone in the evening-only one wall-socket over the night stand wich was used for the lamp. The breakfast is similar to that of a low budget Hotel and is far away from what you normally get in a 4 Stars Hotel. Far overpriced for almost 200 Euro per night that we've payed!! We will never come back and we not recommend it.
