Breakfast below average ,scrambled egg like rubber no flavour what so ever .i paid 40 euro for 4 of us not worth .Glad had only one day after that didn’t have breakfast at hotel .

– No vegetables at breakfast (none at all) – Very tight parking – hard to enter/exit with a non-small car, takes time, but staff helps – Bathroom doors are frosted glass – not very private with the light on.

+ Great location: 5 minutes to metro and tram, 15 minutes walk to CityLife + Modern and beautiful design + Dark curtains, no extra lights – very comfortable to sleep + Good air conditioner + 24-hour front desk + Plenty of power sockets, including USB – no charger needed + Big elevators and friendly staff + Breakfast is OK

The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center, easily accessible by tram and metro. There were plenty of options for breakfast, so everyone could find something they liked.

We were frustrated as people there were late in solving the unnworking air conditioning problem. They transferred to another, but a less comfortable room only after our strong request.

There was a car that was parked and blocked us in in the underground garage, but the staff were quick to obtain the keys and move it out of the way (luckily they did keep the keys for that car, which is professional.)

Full-service hotel. Enjoyed the stay. Not all rooms have balconies, but ours did and it was very large. Breakfast is good, and they have a cabinet with gluten-free breads!

Lovely and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and the AC was appreciated. The bathroom facilities were also excellent and the shower was very nice. It’s in a more residential area rather than the city centre but it was close to the metro and several supermarkets and cafes, so it wasn’t bothersome at all.

breakfast room was crowdy at peak hours. One coffee machine was frequently down and no-one rushed to clean it.

It seems far from the center but its a good location for you to come with the subway! Same metro line as Duomo, nearby supermarket, safe area to walk late at night Clean and spacious room for a couple day of stay in Milano

Clean and comfortable room, good value for the money for a business traveler. Very quite hotel but still on walking distance to a number of good restaurants. Good parking.

The bathroom requires some upkeep. It was perfectly clean, but the toilet roll holder was loose and the rainfall showerhead wasn't working which make the shower slightly awkward to use for taller members of the group.

Good location, close to the metro making it easy to get around or travel into the city centre. We attended a football game and it was a good location between the stadium and the city centre for a short weekend trip.

A proper hotel with very friendly, polite and helpful staff. They recommended us a great restaurant close by, Novecento, and allowed us to keep the car in their garage after checking out while we went to sight see - very kind. The bathroom was recently renewed
